LIVE FROM LINDISFARNE 🏕️🔊 Earlier this month, The Lab had the opportunity to give 3 emerging North East artists their first ever festival performance as part of The Lab Legacy on the Temple Stage. We had @ac23.official , @bennybenjamin.s & @cart.caso repping The Lab, all three having previously been part of the @bridgehiphopuk mixtape programme. Massive thank you to @bridgehiphopuk and @lindisfarnefest for helping make this happen and giving us the chance to create another opportunity for the next wave of North East artists.🩵 by @the.lab.ncl
DADA EP out now 🎭 Can’t believe it’s been 5 years since DNR, time flies doesn’t it? I would like to dedicate this project to a time before that, to a time back in 2016 when a Polish lad expressed his love for grime and UK culture. Being an immigrant in this country can be a rocky experience and now it feels more intense than ever, but I’ll never forget what made me fall in love with this island and that’s the music that gave me a voice. This project is a celebration of the culture that gave me power to express myself, as well as a gala of the Polish-English experience. I would like to thank @akamwave for being the architect; producing, mixing and mastering the entire thing. I’m super grateful for how invested you are in the vision, for all the help you’ve provided and I couldn’t have done this without you bro. I would like to give a shout out to @danswiftx and @the.lab.ncl . Broski provided me a space where I can create but it doesn’t end there, he’s been here for me whenever my confidence dipped and reminded me of what matters the most. I wanted my next project to exist as far away from DNR as possible, I wanted to celebrate all the personal growth I’ve made over the years and I think we achieved that. DADA DADA DADA. by @the.lab.ncl
