🐾 Just another day at The Local Dentist… with a little extra fluff! 🦷💜

Dr. Trent was doing a hygiene exam, and our patient brought along his very own emotional support pup! (Okay, we might have been a little distracted by how adorable she is. 🥹)

We love that our patients feel right at home with us. Around here, it's all about taking care of smiles, making people comfortable, and enjoying the little things along the way.

We think this little cutie deserves his own appointment! 😂🐶

The Local Dentist — good people, great smiles, and the occasional four-legged visitor. ❤️

🎨 Local art. Local music. All in the neighborhood. 🎶

We love keeping it local.
We love keeping it creative.
And we love being part of this community.
For the Austin Studio Tour, we’re opening the doors at The Local Dentist and celebrating everything that makes our neighborhood special — featuring local artists, local music, food, drinks, games, and plenty of good vibes.
Dr. Trent will be spinning inside 🎧, we’re planning some live music and fun out back, and our office will be filled to the brim with incredible local art.
Art. Music. Community. And maybe a little bit of dentistry energy mixed in. 😉

What an amazing day I had working for the CADS Community Day! Free dental work for our community. An extra special thanks to @waltonfamilydentistry for hosting (fun fact - Drs Kyle and Danelle Walton were in my same dental class at IUSD). Also to my wonderful assistant Briana who took time away from her family and weekend to help out. by @the.local.dentist

Had a laugh with my long time patient adding some Local Dentist love to her tattoo ❤️🦷 by @the.local.dentist

Cold sores love summer. 🌞
Heat, sun exposure, and stress can trigger flare-ups — and early treatment matters. At the first tingle or sign of a cold sore, call us right away.
Research suggests laser treatment may help reduce pain, speed healing, and may work better than antiviral medication alone.
Treat the tingle before it becomes the outbreak. #ColdSoreTreatment #ColdSores #ColdSoreHelp #TreatTheTingle #CatchItEarly #EarlyTreatment #StopTheOutbreak #DentalLaser #OralHealth #FamilyDentistry #AustinDentist #AustinDental #AustinTX #ATXDentist by @the.local.dentist

Bet you can't tell which tooth is the veneer😉Single-tooth veneers are one of the hardest cosmetic procedures in dentistry - perfect shade, shape, and translucency matter. While many offices recommend multiple veneers, we specialize in just one. Precision over excess. When your work gets compliments from another dentist 😏🦷
Austin fillings = still holding strong.

Accidents happen—even at home. After a fall chipped her tooth, we were able to save the original fragment and permanently bond it back in place. No crowns, no veneers—just conservative, smart dentistry.😊 #SmartDentistry #ConservativeDentistry #MinimallyInvasiveDentistry #DentistLife #chippedtooth #dentalmagic by @the.local.dentist
