🇬🇧 Get ready with me for a dinner outside 🌿

I don’t go out often, but when I do, I like to find an outfit that is both comfortable and elegant.

Today it’s my long black cotton skirt 🖤, simple and comfy, with my velvet shirt ✨, soft and a little dressy.

What do you think of this outfit? 🌙

🇬🇧 Some of my favourite moments are the quiet ones spent with my sheep, taking a little break from everyday life to simply be with them. Clochette has been getting more and more affectionate lately, and I absolutely love seeing her become more comfortable around me. 🤍

Today, I got to enjoy this little moment wearing my new blue jacket from @brdr_amsterdam . It’s incredibly soft, comfortable and perfect for the in-between seasons. You can really feel the quality, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice from their new Autumn-Winter collection.

Thank you, BRDR, for your trust and for letting me choose a piece from your new collection. I’m so happy to have this jacket as part of my countryside wardrobe! 🐑💙

🇬🇧 Let’s deep clean my cottage together 🧺🕯

Once a week, I like to set aside some time to give our little 1835 cottage a proper clean, from dusting every corner and sweeping the floors to putting on a load of laundry and making everything feel fresh again.

It’s not always the most exciting part of cottage life, but there’s something so satisfying about taking care of the place we call home.

I love putting on some music, taking things one room at a time and enjoying that feeling when everything is clean, cosy and back in its
place. A little reset for the week ahead. 🤎

🇬🇧 Guest room bedding reset 🛏

My brother and his family came to visit us, and I was so happy to get the guest room ready for them 🤍

There’s something really special about preparing a space for people you love,
and I wanted everything to feel warm and welcoming from the moment they
walked in.

So the guest room got a little reset: fresh bedding, a freshly made bed, everything in its place ✨

I wanted them to feel right at home at the cottage, and to enjoy their stay as much as I enjoyed having them here 🌿

The room was ready, and I couldn’t wait to see them 🧡

🇬🇧 A little GRWM for a day out in the countryside 🍂

Getting dressed, grabbing my essentials and taking my new Cabaïa backpack in the beautiful Kuala Lumpur colour with me.

I love finding pieces that are both practical and pretty, and this one fits right into my everyday life.

So happy to share this collaboration with @cabaia with you!

Now all that’s left to do is enjoy a little walk, get some fresh air and take the day as it comes. 🤎

🇬🇧 My favourite part of the day will always be the moment I can finally slip
into my pyjamas, turn on a little bedside lamp and get cosy in bed with a good
book and Lilas by my side.

There’s something so comforting about these
quiet evenings, when the world slows down and I can leave all the day’s worries behind.

No plans, no rush, no need to be productive. Just a warm blanket, a few chapters and my favourite little companion.

Learning to romanticise the simplest moments, one cosy evening at a time. 🤎📖

🇬🇧 My 5-7pm routine after work 🏡

When I get home, the day is far from over 🤍
Between taking care of the
animals, cleaning, cooking and everything else, the evening is full, and
this is what it looks like around here ✨

A busy few hours, but a cozy way to close the day 🌿

New week, new sheets 🤍

Changing the sheets is always such a little pleasure, a fresh way to start the week. 🌿

First, I strip the bed and let the room breathe for a moment. ☀️
Then comes the fun part: choosing the set. I love to mix and match my bedding and play with different patterns, so no two weeks look quite the same. 🌸
And finally, I smooth the covers and plump the pillows, until the bed looks cozy and inviting. 🛏️✨

Now I’m curious: do you like to keep your bedding sets matching, or do you mix them up like me? Tell me in the comments! 👇

Quiet night, new hobby: come along with me 🧡

On my days off, I love to fill my mornings with lots of things: taking care of the animals, looking after the
cottage, keeping busy 🏡

But in the afternoon and evening, I love to slow
down, settle in and take my time enjoying my hobbies and the things I love 🤍

These days, I’m doing something new.
@diamondartpaintin was kind enough to send me some diamond painting boards, and it’s the first time I’m discovering it ✨

And I have to say, it’s really relaxing. It’s the kind of activity that makes the evening feel even slower and softer 🌿

Thank you so much @diamondartpaintin for this lovely surprise 🧡

Because our four-legged friends deserve as much care in their bowl as we put in ours, Bab’in and Thierry Marx created Les Moulins à Saveurs: a gourmet topping to sprinkle over Bab’in kibble, made in France with carefully selected ingredients ✨

Today, my whole little gang is testing it!

🐱 Last week, Rosie and Polly, our two greedy girls, tried their Bab’in kibble,
and Lilas just got her very own bag this weekend too 🐶

Tonight is the big night: everyone is trying the Moulins à Saveurs! I sprinkled a little topping over the kibble, and my
little sweethearts loved it and devoured their whole meal! 🌿

Come get ready with me for a walk!

I’m picking my outfit for the day, and I’m keeping it simple and cozy 🤍

Straight-leg jeans, a woolly sweater, my country jacket and my brown ankle boots ✨

It’s a comfortable, easy look, perfect for heading out and enjoying a walk 🌿

Which piece would you pick first?

Today, I received my October letter from my dear friend Shweta 🤍 from @the.idyllic.canvas 🥰

This month’s letter is all about the changing seasons, reminding me that after the energy and liveliness of summer comes autumn, with its comfort, quieter days and invitation to slow down.

Her words feel especially true this time of year. Life is never the same from one day to the next. One day may be filled with joy, another with sadness. But whatever happens, the one thing we can always count on is that everything changes, eventually.

Another beautiful reminder to slow down, embrace each season of life and appreciate the present moment, just as it is. 🍂

Thank you, my dear Shweta, for your thoughtful words and for this little reminder to live more slowly. 🤎
