Hey, I’m Marge 👋🖤 I’m a spin instructor + spin program lead. I help riders unlock rhythm, confidence, and presence. If you’ve ever thought: • “I love spin but I want to LEVEL UP.” • “I want to cue like the instructors I look up to.” • “I dream of auditioning one day…” Then you’re exactly who I created THE RIDE LAB. for. Waitlist opens in January. Comment I’M READY if you’re already feeling it 👇 #TheRideLab #SpinCommunity #BecomeAnInstructor by @the.ride.lab

This is the one you’ve been waiting for. 🖤 THE NOVEMBER FOUNDATIONS LAB. Limited spots available. Link in bio 🔗 by @the.ride.lab
NOVEMBER LAB. IS OPEN. 🖤 We’re back for one more cohort before the end of the year. Three Sundays. Small groups. Personalized coaching. Real feedback. Intentional development. Whether you’re building confidence on the bike, working toward the podium, or looking to refine the way you coach, THE RIDE LAB. is designed to meet you where you are and push you forward. 🗓 November 8, 15 + 22 We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make THE RIDE LAB. more consistent and easier to plan for going forward, and this November cohort is the start of that next chapter. Spots are intentionally limited. Link in bio 🔗 #theridelab #spincommunity #levelupyourride by @the.ride.lab
We’ve been a little quiet. Not because we stopped — because we’ve been building. 👀 THE RIDE LAB. has grown a lot since the first cohort, and with every LAB. we’ve learned more about what works, what our riders and instructors need, and how we can make the experience even better. One thing we’ve heard loud and clear? People want more time to plan. More notice. More consistency. More predictability. So we’ve been working behind the scenes on a new rhythm for THE RIDE LAB. — one that makes it easier to know when we’re coming back, plan ahead, save your spot, and actually make the dates work. The things that make THE RIDE LAB. what it is aren’t changing: Small cohorts. Personalized feedback. Intentional coaching. Real development. A lot of time, attention, and care. We’re just getting smarter about how and when we deliver it. More soon. 🖤 THE RIDE LAB. is coming back — just with a little more structure. #theridelab #spincommunity #levelupyourride by @the.ride.lab
Three weeks of questioning everything. 🙂‍↕️ Why this track? Why this movement? Why this cue? Why now? We stripped things back, challenged habits, rebuilt intention, and finished it all with a community team teach where each participant got to take what they worked on in the LAB. and bring it to a real room. And watching them do that? Absolutely incredible! This first ADVANCED LAB. cohort brought so much experience, curiosity, vulnerability, and willingness to be challenged. Some came in already teaching. Some are working toward the podium. Some came back to something they missed. Different reasons. Same goal: keep getting better. The feedback coming out of this cohort has been such a reminder of why THE RIDE LAB. exists in the first place. Small groups. Personalized coaching. Real feedback. Intentional development. A space to learn, experiment, ask questions, and grow. Swipe/watch to hear it from them. 🖤 Thanks for being along for the RIDE. by @the.ride.lab
The Advanced LAB. where confidence becomes instinct and every cue carries purpose. 🖤 #theridelab #spincommunity #levelupyourride by @the.ride.lab
THE FOUNDATIONS LAB. 🖤 This is where it all starts. Whether your goal is to become an instructor or simply become a stronger, more confident rider, THE FOUNDATIONS LAB. is designed to help you build the skills that matter most. Over three weeks, we’ll dive into: • rhythm and musicality • riding form and technique • movement and choreography • cueing and coaching • programming with intention • and, most importantly, building confidence on and off the podium. With personalized feedback, small group coaching, access to THE RIDE LAB. METHOD™, session recordings, and THE LAB. app, you’ll leave with the tools to continue growing long after the program ends. Spots are intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and hands-on. 🔗 Register through the link in bio. See you in the LAB. 🖤 #theridelab #spin #leadership by @the.ride.lab
The best part of THE RIDE LAB. isn’t what I say about it. It’s what the participants say after they’ve experienced it. 🖤 Confidence. Growth. Feedback that actually sticks. A space to learn, make mistakes, and become a better rider or instructor. That’s what THE RIDE LAB. is all about. Thank you to every rider who’s trusted me to be part of your journey. I can’t wait for what’s next!✨ #theridelab #spincommunity #leadership by @the.ride.lab
THE ADVANCED LAB. is here. 🔥 The next step starts with one question: Why? Why this track? Why this transition? Why this movement? Why this cue? Why this moment? Because great instructors don’t just know what to do. They understand why they’re doing it. THE ADVANCED LAB. is designed for FOUNDATIONS graduates or current instructors who are ready to move beyond the fundamentals and refine the details that elevate an average ride into an intentional experience. Over three weeks, we’ll dive deeper into: • ride architecture and storytelling • programming with intention • musicality • transitions that feel seamless • advanced coaching and cueing • real-time feedback and refinement This isn’t about adding more choreography. It’s about becoming more intentional. Every track should have a purpose. Every transition should feel earned. Every cue should move your riders forward. If FOUNDATIONS teaches you how to coach… THE ADVANCED LAB. teaches you why. Because that’s where good instructors become great ones.
