We’re incredibly excited to host @the.spicyboy for a seminar at Gravity Lab!

If you’ve been wanting to learn from one of the best up-and-coming competitors in the sport, this is a great opportunity. He’s earned multiple submission wins over elite opponents, has spent the last three years training under John Danaher, is undefeated on Who’s Number One, and holds a notable victory over ADCC Trials stand out Colin Carr.

On July 18, he’ll be teaching a seminar focused on leg locks and leg lock defense, sharing the systems that have helped him compete successfully at the highest level.

Whether you compete or just want to sharpen one of the most important areas of modern jiu-jitsu, you won’t want to miss this one.

Last night we had @the.spicyboy show a lot of concepts using a body lock. He has been training @kingsway_hq for a awhile and gave some good insights that we will definitely be adding these details to the curriculum.

People think the body lock is based on strength but like all the best passing systems it is based on taking advantage of common reactions to pressure. taken in ConceptJiu-jitsu by @aiga.latam
