$405,981 💙 Because of YOU, The 437 Project raised $405,981 this year to support mental health and suicide prevention across South Dakota. Every donation. Every mile. Every person who shared our mission helped make this possible. What started with 437 miles has become something so much bigger — a community coming together to remind people that they are not alone. Thank you for believing in this mission and helping us make a difference. We couldn’t do it without you. 437 miles. One powerful mission. 💙 by @the437project
November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. 💙 Behind every name is a life, a story, a family, and a community forever changed. This month, we remember the men we have lost to suicide and honor their lives by continuing the conversations that matter. Too often, men feel pressure to keep their struggles to themselves. It's time to break the stigma, remind the men in our lives that it's okay to ask for help, and make sure no one feels they have to face their battles alone. Let's check in, speak up, listen, and remind one another that you are never alone. Every conversation matters. Every life matters. #MensMentalHealthMonth #BreakTheStigma #MentalHealthMatters #The437Project by @the437project

Mission Monday 💙 437 miles is more than a distance. It’s a mission to bring people together, start conversations, break down the stigma surrounding mental health, and support suicide prevention across South Dakota. This year, our runners and crew showed up mile after mile, carrying this mission with them across the state. Together, with the incredible support of our communities, sponsors, donors, and volunteers, we raised $405,981 for mental health and suicide prevention. The miles may be finished, but the mission continues. 💙 by @the437project
