300 (#79) with the @HammerBowling Spawn ! This ball is definitely a stronger version of the Effect Tour and will always be in my bag for the foreseeable future #casualhousebowler #HammerBowling by @the7goonies

Leia photo (and the last slide is a video) dump! 🥰 by @the7goonies

Captured the win at Survival of the Fittest, made it to game 7 and was the only one not eliminated 🎳💪 threw the Hammer Effect Tour the whole time - great tournament format that I'll be bringing to Erie in November! #casualhousebowler #HammerBowling by @the7goonies

Went to watch the PWBA Tour Stop in Cleveland - these women can bowl! #HammerBowling by @the7goonies

Feeling like a broken record on lanes 1-2 but man they just keep coming. Another 300 (#71) with the @bowlwithbrunswick Mesmerize! Thanks dad for another video 😎 #casualhousebowler #bighonorscore by @the7goonies

Haven't posted in awhile. Finally knocked off some honor scores this past week. Back to back 800s with the @bowlwithbrunswick Mesmerize right off the press!! 808 and 826, along with a 300 game 1 on the second set. This ball can easily fill the "shiny solid" big ball that I've been missing. Can't wait for the hypnotize now!! #casualhousebowler #BestBrandsInBowling by @the7goonies

Haven't posted this on Instagram yet, saw everybody else receiving their trophies, so here's mine 😎 ended up winning this year's state championship with my doubles partner 🎳💪nice addition to my resume, and pretty awesome looking trophy too #casualhousebowler #bowling #300 #hammerbowling by @the7goonies

300 #62 with the 14lb @900.global Xponent 💪 that's 6 300s with this ball 🙌 #casualhousebowler by @the7goonies

279-300-238 for 817 with the 14lbs @stormproducts Journey - probably one of the best sets of my life! Stone 8 pin in the first game, 7 pin and two stone 9 pins in game 3.. 300 #61 and 800 #26 #casualhousebowler #14lbsOfFury by @the7goonies

Biggest tournament of the year with 180 of the best bowlers from the county. Qualified 9th for the semi finals (top 36 of the 180 moved on) and then qualified 6th for the top 16. After an exhausting 16 games of matchplay, fought to finish 5th overall, and 3rd in average for the tournament. This is definitely one of my best showings, even though I've finished 5th two other times. Thanks to everyone for their support 🙌 #casualhousebowler by @the7goonies

A new bark box came in and the elf is mad that Leia took his arm off already 🤣🤦‍♂️ and yes Leia wanted it back so bad I barely had time to take a pic 🤪 by @the7goonies

Shot 300 #58 tonight with the @900.global Xponent ! Ball has been amazing here lately! Thanks to my dad for the video 😁 #casualhousebowler by @the7goonies
