A little bit about the heart behind The Aloha Collective 🤍

For a long time, luxury felt like something I could admire, but not something that was meant for me.

Years later, after working hard and finally purchasing my first designer piece, I realized it was never just about the bag. It was about that feeling of finally having something I once thought was out of reach.

That feeling became part of the reason I created The Aloha Collective. 🌴

I want to help make authentic luxury feel a little more attainable — whether you’re searching for your very first designer piece, something you’ve had on your wishlist for years, or simply want to shop luxury in a smarter way.

Because sometimes “maybe someday” can become “today.” ✨

Thank you for being here at the very beginning. I can’t wait to see where this little collective goes. 🤍

Tell me below — what’s the ONE designer piece on your “maybe someday” list? 👇🏼

**CHANEL DEUVILLE TOTE | NAVY CANVAS 🖤**

The Chanel Deauville is one of the most recognizable and sought-after casual totes in the world of luxury.

With boutique prices for newer seasonal releases exceeding $4,500, this is an opportunity to own a beautiful piece of Chanel without paying today's boutique prices.

This stunning double-faced navy edition features tonal woven Chanel lettering, elegant silver-tone hardware, and signature fringed canvas edges.

Effortlessly chic, spacious, and versatile, the Deauville is the perfect blend of understated luxury and everyday functionality.

For the Chanel lover who appreciates a statement piece that's just as practical as it is beautiful.

✨ A timeless addition to any luxury collection.

The Lady Dior has one of the richest histories in luxury thanks to Princess Diana, but walking out of the boutique after spending $6,000+ is one of the fastest ways to lose half your money.

On the secondary market, resale values usually sit between $2,500 and $3,500. Add in a top flap and zipper that can feel notoriously awkward for everyday wear, and it becomes one of the most debated bags in the resale world.

The bag itself is stunning craftsmanship. The real secret is simply how you buy it. Paying full retail rarely makes sense when authenticated pre-loved gives you the exact same luxury piece for half the price.

Where do you stand on the Lady Dior?
🅰️ Timeless icon worth every penny
🅱️ Beautiful, but only worth buying pre-loved

In the 1980s and 90s, Chanel crafted their costume jewelry with heavy 24K gold electroplating.

Hold a piece from that era and you feel the weight immediately. That deep, molten gold glow was built to last for decades without peeling or losing its shine.

Boutiques today charge thousands for modern fashion jewelry made from base metals and alloys that can tarnish or turn green after a few wears. Vintage pieces were built with real gold craftsmanship that actually stands the test of time.

That is why pre-loved luxury is so special. You get heritage pieces made to a higher standard than what sits on retail shelves today. ✨

These vintage Chanel CC button earrings come in their original Chanel Paris box and are currently available in the collection.

When I worked so hard to buy my very first Chanel, an 8 Series vintage square flap, I thought I would keep it forever.

I decided to list it since I just wasn’t reaching for her as much (I like a big bag nowadays) and then someone fell in love with it. Watching it head to a new home made me realize something. Pre-loved luxury has a life before and after you. The craftsmanship on vintage pieces, especially the 24K gold plating, was built to last through decades of real memories.

Luxury is about having a piece with real history that you wear, love, and pass along when the time comes. Every piece I source for The Aloha Collective starts with that exact intention. It is never just inventory on a shelf. It is a story ready for real life.

I would love to know: what was your very first milestone luxury piece, and do you still have it? Tell me in the comments 👇🌺
