People will hate you before they even know you.
•
People will love you just the same.
•
Some folks that seem loyal at first can have alternative motives that leave us heartbroken.
•
A total stranger would believe in you BEFORE a person who has know you for 15yrs.
•
Figure out how to make yourself proud and let the noise fade into the background.
•
Creating your authentic self will push some people away and help others gravitate towards you.
•
I can’t wait to see what you create.
•
DM or comment READY if you need help building confidence, mental strength, or making a stronger body.

•
It’s hypnotic and a wonderful way to warmup a workout.

If I had the opportunity I would’ve started training much younger in life.
•
I can appreciate all of the years and hard work that I have dedicated to training.
•
If I would have started training at an earlier age, there’s no telling if I would still be training this late in life.
•
If you’re in your mid 20s or early 30s and you’re even mildly interested to start training fitness or martial arts, start today and start slow!
•
I can’t wait to see what you create.

You are the leader of your life.
•
No one else is in charge.
•
What do you limit your identity to?
•
I’m not just a #jiujitsu black belt.
•
I’m not just a #marine vet.
•
I’m not just an author of children’s books.
•
I’m not just a husband.
•
I’m not just a father.
•
I’m not just a son.
•
I am all these things in so much more.
•
Show up for yourself and become the leader you needed as a child.
•
Who needs help finishing a task?

College isn’t for everyone, BUT school is a good place to learn some stuff.
•
Learn how to learn outside the classroom as well.
•
Have a good day.

Life is beautiful.
•
Every time I think I got it figured out, I learn something new.
•
Being a dad helps remind me of how little I know, but simultaneously teaching me I know how to show up for myself.
•
Showing up for yourself takes practice, so start today.

Have you ever read the story of #uncletom
•
It’s a good book.
•
When I was growing up, people would call me a sellout all the time.
•
My skin wasn’t dark enough.
•
I spoke too well.
•
I didn’t speak enough Spanish.
•
I was too much for some and not enough for others.
•
That’s partly how I formed those daily affirmations I share.
•
Where should I speak next?
