The finds that make the group chat ♡ Before The C Club, there was VOGUE. For 14 years, I worked as a Beauty & Shopping Editor at VOGUE Germany — from product launches and fashion weeks to founder interviews and trend reports, I discovered what was actually worth knowing about. I learned one thing: the best recommendations are rarely the loudest ones. They’re the products you buy again. The pieces you wear for years. The discoveries you immediately share with a friend. That’s why I created The C Club. A curated edit of beauty favourites, fashion finds and longevity discoveries — think of it as having a shopping-obsessed best friend who’s already done the research. Welcome to The C Club. ✦ Fashion · Beauty · Longevity Follow @the_c_club by @the_c_club
Werbung | 7 LUXURY PIECES I’D ACTUALLY BUY – AS A FORMER VOGUE EDITOR. ✦ Remember my 5 luxury pieces I’d never buy? Here’s Part 2 – the designer pieces I’d happily invest in. I love Hermès. I love Chanel. I love beautiful craftsmanship. But after 14 years at VOGUE, I’ve learned one thing: the best luxury pieces aren’t necessarily the most recognisable ones. A LITTLE EDITOR’S CONFESSION ✦ I’d rather invest in one extraordinary piece than five status symbols. For me, luxury is about individuality, exceptional materials and pieces that feel personal. Not wearing the same designer uniform as everyone else. THE 7 PIECES I’D ACTUALLY INVEST IN ✦ ✦ Zimmermann – Valiant Wool Scarf Coat (€1,850) A camel coat with sculptural sleeves, beautiful proportions and a dramatic scarf. ✦ Hermès – Jumping Boots (€2,450) Bordeaux leather riding boots. An equestrian classic I’d wear for decades. ✦ Chanel – Suede Bucket Bag (€5,900) All the Chanel craftsmanship I love, without the predictable double flap. ✦ Chloé – Bracelet Belt (€490) The smallest detail can make the biggest difference. ✦ Bottega Veneta – Madison Intrecciato Suede Bag (€3,700) Beautifully woven suede. No logo. All personality. ✦ Piaget – Possession Bracelet (€3,850) Rose gold and carnelian. Not another Cartier Love bracelet. ✦ Missoni – Ziggy Wool & Cashmere Throw (€590) Because luxury doesn’t end at your wardrobe. Whether you’re investing in a designer handbag, timeless leather boots, a statement wool coat or fine jewellery, my rule is always the same: buy what feels like you, not what everyone else owns. PERSONAL STYLE OVER STATUS SYMBOLS. ALWAYS. ✦ Which of these seven pieces would you invest in? Comment LUXE for all 7 shopping links. ✦ Follow @the_c_club so you don’t miss my DM. 5 LUXURY PIECES I’D NEVER BUY – AS A FORMER VOGUE EDITOR. ✦ I love Hermès. I love Chanel. I love craftsmanship and fashion history. But I don’t love looking like everyone else. A LITTLE EDITOR’S CONFESSION ✦ When I started at VOGUE, the senior editors with their enormous Birkins were honestly a little intimidating. Those bags seemed to represent everything: success, confidence, status. Of course I wanted one. Desperately. But I was young, curious and far more interested in discovering new designers and finding pieces that felt like me. Then I spent four years in Shanghai. Surrounded by logos, status symbols and remarkably convincing counterfeits, I saw logo mania on a whole new level. Sometimes it felt as though everyone was wearing the same luxury uniform. And the more I saw of it, the less I wanted it. Instead, I fell in love with quiet luxury – not the trend, but beautiful materials and things that don’t need a logo to be special. Visiting my favourite cashmere lady. Having cushions made to my own designs. Creating my own jewellery. PERSONAL STYLE OVER STATUS SYMBOLS. ALWAYS. ✦ I studied fashion design and spent 14 years at VOGUE – and I still believe the best-dressed women aren’t the ones with the most expensive wardrobes. They’re the ones who know what suits them. LUXURY SHOULD EXPRESS YOUR PERSONALITY. NOT YOUR SOCIAL CIRCLE. YOUR TURN: Iconic classics or unexpected finds? ✦ PART 2: the luxury pieces I’d actually invest in. Comment „PART 2“ and I’ll send it to you first – follow @the_c_club so you don’t miss my DM. #QuietLuxury #PersonalStyle #LuxuryFashion #FashionEditor #InvestmentPieces by @the_c_club
Werbung | THE KNIT DRESS EDIT 2026 ✦ Ribbed, bodycon or oversized? Standing in front of a full wardrobe with nothing to wear? The answer is always a good knit dress. Bodycon – a ribbed midi or a burgundy knit mini. Finally, a reason for all those Pilates classes. Volume – an oversized camel sweater dress or a turtleneck knit dress. For the days you'd rather be on the sofa than on the mat. Either way: one dress, good boots, a great coat. Done. From a €99 burgundy mini that looks far more expensive than it is to the Jacquemus dress with its own scarf. Team bodycon or team volume? Werbung | THE GROWN-UP WAY TO WEAR THE BAMBI TREND. ✦ Deer print is everywhere this autumn/winter 2026. But how do you wear the Bambi trend without looking like a Disney character? The secret? Unexpected colour clashing. Cherry red, bold violet and a little denim turn the playful print into a grown-up fashion statement. 5 WAYS TO WEAR THE TREND ✦ ✦ Satin bomber meets Bambi-print jeans. ✦ Navy puffer, red cashmere and deer-print sneakers. ✦ Cherry-red puffer with violet knitwear for the weekend. ✦ Red dress and purple velvet for evening. ✦ The statement Bambi coat – when one piece does all the talking. THE STYLING RULE ✦ One statement colour. One contrasting shade. One unexpected print. Sounds like too much? That’s exactly why it works. I’ve curated five looks featuring Mango, COS, & Other Stories, Massimo Dutti, Sandro and more – from €49.99 to €1,394. WHICH CLASH WOULD YOU WEAR? Werbung | THE MAKEUP IS ALMOST TOO PRETTY TO USE. ✦ The holiday makeup collections 2026 are here – and this year’s luxury beauty limited editions might be the prettiest yet. Think Dior eyeshadow palettes with golden bows, Chanel highlighters inspired by winter escapes, Hermès powders embossed with equestrian motifs and YSL Beauty palettes quilted like designer handbags. Add Gucci’s jewel-like blush, Guerlain’s shimmering pink lip oil and Dolce & Gabbana’s perfect holiday lip colour – and suddenly makeup feels more like a collector’s item than an everyday beauty essential. A LITTLE EDITOR’S NOTE ✦ Back at VOGUE, the arrival of the holiday beauty collections was one of my favourite moments of the year. I still want them all – and have an entire cupboard to prove it. This year’s edit features eight luxury makeup finds from €43 to €115, including limited-edition highlighters, eyeshadow palettes, blushes and lip colours worth a closer look. Some are almost too beautiful to touch. Others deserve to be worn to every holiday party. ARE YOU TEAM COLLECT OR TEAM USE? AD / Werbung ✦ Comment HOLIDAY and I’ll send you the shopping links. Werbung | ALPINE MEETS EQUESTRIAN: THE AUTUMN/WINTER 2026 FASHION EDIT. ✦ Riding boots, tartan skirts, velvet trousers and chunky alpine knits. Two of autumn/winter 2026’s most wearable fashion trends come together: equestrian style meets alpine heritage. Think country house dressing, chalet chic and a little vintage-inspired countryside glamour. 5 LOOKS. ZERO ORDINARY OUTFITS. ✦ ✦ The New Country House Chic – a sculpted loden jacket, checked pussy-bow blouse, suede midi skirt and two-tone riding boots. ✦ The Riding Habit – a cropped herringbone jacket, velvet bodice, tailored riding trousers and classic leather boots. ✦ The Stirrup Pant Is Back – golden velvet stirrup trousers, a fringed cable-knit sweater and suede riding boots. ✦ Alpine, But Make It Tartan – a hand-knitted rose-embroidered cardigan, pleated tartan kilt and burgundy velvet Mary Janes. ✦ Burgundy After the Hunt – a Fair Isle sweater, polka-dot bow blouse, burgundy velvet flares and shearling-lined loafers. My styling rule? Mix one alpine piece with one equestrian classic. Pair traditional textures with unexpected silhouettes, play with colour and don’t be afraid of a little drama. From knee-high riding boots and tartan skirts to Fair Isle sweaters, velvet trousers and heritage-inspired jackets, these are five autumn/winter 2026 outfit ideas I’d actually wear. Werbung | DRESSED FOR THE HIGHLANDS. ✦ The tartan trend is one of the biggest autumn/winter 2026 fashion trend – and the British countryside aesthetic is everywhere this season. Tartan, tweed, corduroy collars and a weekender bag: think long weekends in the Scottish Highlands, country house escapes, cosy knits and plenty of heritage checks. Think long weekends in the Scottish Highlands, country house escapes, cosy knits and plenty of heritage checks. So I curated the wardrobe I’d pack for exactly that. The formula: a quilted or waxed jacket, a chunky knit, a little tartan and boots you can actually walk in. The styling trick? Mix your checks. Blackwatch tartan with olive, muted plaids with smaller checks, and a corduroy collar to pull everything together. Less costume, more country house. My personal favourites? The Barbour Louden in muted tartan, Boden’s waxed jacket with its corduroy collar, a sheer pussy-bow blouse from Lauren Ralph Lauren and the DSquared2 patchwork boots mixing tartan with Prince of Wales check. And for the investment pieces? Miu Miu, of course, and a Brunello Cucinelli weekender worth saving for. From tartan skirts and checked jackets to cosy cable-knit sweaters, waxed outerwear and leather boots – these are my favourite finds for an autumn/winter 2026 countryside wardrobe. Perfect for a weekend in Scotland, but just as good for autumn days closer to home. Blackwatch or olive tartan – which one would you wear? Werbung | THE IT BAG GREW A FLEECE. ✦ The cosiest bag trend of autumn/winter 2026? Your favourite handbag, wrapped in shearling, teddy, faux fur and all things fluffy. Forget the practical winter bag. This season, texture is the statement. Think oversized shearling totes, fuzzy shoulder bags, leopard-print clutches and fluffy versions of fashion’s most iconic silhouettes. From Fendi’s winter-ready Baguette and Max Mara’s Teddy Boston Bag to Miu Miu’s runway shearling pouch and Saint Laurent’s oversized fluffy clutch — even the most polished handbags are getting a softer side. I edited 13 of the best fluffy bags for autumn/winter 2026, from €19.95 to €3,900. A mix of designer investment pieces, playful faux-fur finds and surprisingly affordable alternatives. My favourite? The Max Mara Teddy Bag — the perfect match for my own iconic Teddy coat. Close behind: the little Miu Miu runway pouch and the 115€ leopard knot bag that proves a winter accessory doesn’t need a luxury price tag. The styling trick: let the texture do the talking. Wear yours with a tailored wool coat, oversized cashmere or a simple monochrome outfit. A little softness goes a long way. Whether you’re looking for a shearling bag, a faux fur handbag, a teddy tote or the best winter bags of 2026, this edit has a pick for every budget — from high-street finds at Zara and Topshop to investment pieces from Celine, Saint Laurent and Max Mara.
