POSTS STORIES REELS

What an absolute blessing it has been to bring this container into the world and share more of the work that is so close to my heart.

If this has found you, it’s for a reason.🌀

This is your invitation to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start creating space for yourself, right here, right now.

Your journey starts now.

DM me AWAKENING
It’s time take that leap and begin your journey back to yourself

I LOVE YOU.(ps I can’t wait to connect with you girl🥹) by @the_consciouscreator

At the core of the work that I do is this belief:
You don’t need to become someone new to create a different life for yourself.

You need to reconnect with who you are beneath the conditioning, the expectations, the patterns and the stories you’ve accumulated along the way.

You need to meet the parts of yourself that have adapted, protected and learned to navigate life with love and compassion.

To understand yourself rather than constantly trying to fix yourself.

To give yourself the space to unlearn, rediscover and reconnect with what feels true to you.

Because creating a different life doesn’t mean abandoning who you are.

It’s about returning to yourself, again and again.🌀

THIS IS YOUR SIGN, TO COME HOME🙏🌼🔆🧚🫧🌀

~~ This one feels really special to me.

Because I don’t think we’re meant to do everything alone.

Sometimes we remember parts of ourselves through the reflection of another woman.

Sometimes being witnessed reminds us that we’re not the only ones feeling what we’re feeling.

And sometimes, we just need a space where we can come as we are, without performing, comparing or having it all figured out.

It just make sense but somehow we’ve made life so fricken complicated 🫠🙃

we are literally human beings.🫶🏻🫶🏻

somewhere along the way, we got so caught up in optimising, fixing, tracking, healing, improving and becoming that we forgot about the things that have made us feel good all along.

not everything needs a protocol.
not everything needs to be a 30-day challenge.
(It has to be SAIDDDD SORRRYYY🙃)

let’s come back to basics. 💭 by @the_consciouscreator

SOME REMINDERS FOR YOU🧚

Happy Sunday ~ let these carry you into your week🌀

PS. You’re loved so deeply..

COMMENT YOUR FAVOURITE REMINDER I SHARED👉👈 by @the_consciouscreator

I think sometimes we spend so much time thinking about what we want to do with our lives, questioning whether we’re ready, whether we’re capable, whether we’re making the right decision, or whether we’re doing things the way we’re supposed to.

And we forget that we actually get to create a life that feels good to US.🌀🌀🌀

A life that reflects our values, honours our needs, and allows us to explore the things that make us feel most alive.

We don’t have to follow someone else’s timeline. We don’t have to build a life that looks like everyone else’s.
And we certainly don’t have to sacrifice the things that matter to us to create something meaningful.

I think one of the most beautiful things about this journey has been realising that building my business doesn’t have to take me away from the life I’ve worked so hard to create.
It can be an extension of it.

And I hope this is your little nudge to lean into whatever it is that you’ve been dreaming about.

To take the first step.
To trust yourself enough to explore something new.
To question the expectations you’ve inherited and give yourself permission to do things differently.

You don’t need to have the entire journey figured out before you begin.

Sometimes, you just have to be willing to see what’s possible when you finally give yourself permission to try.

Your life is yours to create, beautiful HUMAN
Make it one that feels like you. 🔆🫶🏻

COMMENT YOUR FAVOURITE RANDOM FACT I SHARED 🌟🌼 by @the_consciouscreator

I’ve decided I want to start sharing more of my life on here. 🤍

Because honestly, one of the most beautiful things about this business is that it’s so deeply intertwined with my life and the way I choose to live it.

This isn’t just something I do.
It’s something I live, breathe, experience and continue to learn through every single day.
And how beautiful that I get to share little pieces of that journey with you, too.

So, a little life lately… 🌞

My newfound obsession is pomegranate juice (my beautiful naturopath recommended it @alchemy.naturopathy and I’m officially hooked).

Fruit toast from @margaretriverwoodfiredbread topped with coconut yoghurt, fresh berries and honey from @margaretriverfarmersmarket .
Actual freaking obsession.

+ working by the ocean
+ NEW $15 OP SHOP FIND OF A WETSUIT FUCK YEH
+ time with a special human @faculowkick
+ hanging out with the girls (the chickens)🐓
+ steps by the COAST🌈
+ being in my BEAUTIFUL home space 🥺
+weekly top up and social event @margaretriverfarmersmarket

++ back in my bikinis (almost full time)

And just enjoying this beautiful sunshine and the little things that make life feel so ALIVEEEE BABY🔆🔆🔆~

Just life, as I live it.
And I’m so happy you’re here. 🤍~ welcome friends

SOME REMINDERS YOU BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL DIVINE HUMANS🧚

~ I LOVE YOU🫂 by @the_consciouscreator

LIFE GOT WAY TO SERIOUS BEAUTIFUL HUMANS….

Somewhere along the way, we got caught up in being productive, having a plan, figuring it all out, and trying to become the people we thought we were supposed to be.

And in the process, we forgot that life isn’t just something we’re working towards. It’s something we’re living, right now.

Not everything has to have a purpose.
Not everything has to make us better.
Not everything has to lead somewhere.

We’re allowed to play.
To explore.
To be curious.
To try things and be terrible at them.
To enjoy the little things without needing to justify why.

Maybe we don’t need to keep adding more to our lives.

Maybe we just need to remember all the things we stopped making room for.

So, here’s your little reminder to do something you used to love.
Something you’ve been putting off. Something that makes you feel like YOU.

Not because it’s productive.
But simply because you love it.

When did life get so serious?
~ And what have you forgotten that you love? 🌷
