Sacred Himalayan flow 🏔️🌬️.
When going on the Kori trek I was feeling sad that I could not flow with my staffs underneath the magical mountains as carrying them on this trek would be too much unnecessary weight. However after starting to play with the Bamboo stick that was supporting me during this challenging trek I noticed that my trusted stick is also a tool of movement expression 🌀. So here I share some bamboo stick flow moments underneath the beautiful Himalayan range and also share an invitation to broaden our view of what can be tools of expression in our daily life 🌬️🌀.

Thank you to @eantventures for these beautiful videos and being the best trek partner.

As I make my away through the airport to catch my plane to India with a one way ticket a strong realisation came upon me ✈️. It has been 4 years since I decided to move to the Netherlands to then pursue a masters, a job in the biotech world and most importantly my independence! Even though I had a very good flexible job that allowed me to grow in my art from a safe environment it was not my full purpose. Due to that I decided to quit my job and focus on doing everyday what truly inspires me and to generate abundance from that🍃. So here I share some moments of some performances I did in my last month in the Netherlands, where I am doing what truly gives me joy and purpose🌬️🔥. I am planning to share more of my journey to inspire people to ignite their inner flame 🔥 and start living a life that truly fits them instead of just choosing a “safe and convinient” way of living and just allowing time to pass by ⏳. With that I leave the invitation that I share in last video of this post that we did @voodoovillagefestival :” If it doesn’t serve you burn it all away 🔥”.

🍂 Movement Festival Day Gathering — Autumn Edition 🍂

As the days get colder and the nights get longer, we’re gathering once again at @younity.utrecht — this time for our final Movement Festival gathering of 2026. ❤️

On Saturday 14 November, we’re creating a warm indoor space to move, connect, create and celebrate together.

Come spend the afternoon exploring a beautiful variety of workshops including flow arts, dance, contact improvisation, slackline, yoga, sustainability and much more — with plenty of space to discover something new, express yourself and connect with others.

Throughout the day, you’ll also find a massage corner, cacao, art area, local market and clothing swap — alongside plenty of opportunities to simply hang out and enjoy the community.

Then, as the afternoon unfolds, we’ll come together for community time with a live music jam, acro jam, flow jam, slackline and a shared dinner (available for an additional payment on the day). 🍲🎶✨

And as the evening arrives, we’ll close the day by moving together through an Ecstatic Dance journey with DJ @ruben.garcia.arabit . 💃🔥

Whether you’re coming with friends or arriving on your own, whether you’re a seasoned mover or simply curious to explore — there’s a place for you in this gathering.

🎟️ The first round of full-day tickets is already 50% SOLD! 🔥

Remember, full-day tickets are limited to only 150 people — this is the maximum capacity for all the workshops. Once these 150 spots are filled, only evening Ecstatic Dance and Community Time tickets will remain available.

So if you want to experience the full day of Movement Festival, don’t wait too long to reserve your spot.❤️

Inspire the Movement, Inspire the Love 🫶.

See you on the dance floor 🔥.

The monkey pirate circus crew part 3. 🏴‍☠️🔥

The crew came prepared for a fight, but the cleverest pirate knows when to lower the sword and raise the fruit.

With fire in their sails, mischief in their hearts, and a banana in hand, the crew won the greatest prize of all—not gold, but the heart of a monkey and the audience 🎪✨

MOVEMENT GATHERING UTRECHT 🌀❤️

Still feeling the energy from Saturday.

What a beautiful day of moving, playing, learning, creating and connecting together. From slacklining, acrobatics, yoga and contact improvisation to flow arts, massage, parkour, music and all the spontaneous moments in between.

And then coming together at the end of the day for one big Ecstatic Dance. Seeing the whole space moving, sweating, smiling and celebrating together was such a special way to close the day. 🔥

A big thank you to all the facilitators, artists, volunteers and everyone at @younity.utrecht who helped create and hold the space.

And most of all, thank YOU to everyone who came. For bringing your energy, curiosity, playfulness and openness. You are what makes these gatherings feel like community. ❤️
