Great interview with TV host Chimène van Oosterhout from the long running, feel good travel program Nederland Ontdekt on RTL4, in collaboration with DET. We talked all things @ignitewatersports , our lifestyle brand built around movement, community, and the magnetic experience people have when visiting us at RIVA Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. by @the_g_view
One of my favorites… by @the_g_view
I didn’t create IGNITE Pink is Punk for accolades or recognition. I started it because, from a young age, my mother instilled in me the importance of breast cancer awareness and the profound impact it had on our family. When I chose Dubai as my home, I made a commitment to launch IGNITE Pink is Punk as the campaign through which I would drive awareness and raise funds for the cause — a mission we’ve proudly carried forward since 2008. I wanted to make a difference in the way I knew best: by educating, inspiring, and creating opportunities for people to come together through movement, fun, and healthy lifestyle habits. It was incredibly humbling to be acknowledged by H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the Al Jalila Foundation for leading this initiative. What made the moment even more meaningful was having my eldest daughter, Belle, there to see her dad recognized on stage. It’s a memory I will always cherish. by @the_g_view
What happens when a community comes together for a cause that matters? Something truly special. 💗🇦🇪 Dubai and the UAE, you showed up in a BIG way. IGNITE Pink is Punk was about so much more than a sporting event. It was about solidarity, compassion and the power of people coming together to make a difference. Together, we raised an incredible AED 93,000 for Al Jalila Foundation, supporting breast cancer awareness and care. Every contribution, every participant, every volunteer and every partner helped make this possible. To our Title Partner, Medcare Children’s Hospital, and our Supporting Partners, JLW, BESIX, Anantara, RIVA Beach Club, The Spendlove Group and Keen PR. Thank you for believing in this cause and standing alongside us. And to the many other businesses, organisations and individuals who contributed behind the scenes: we see you, we appreciate you, and we couldn’t have done this without you. Keep an eye out for the closing credits to see the incredible community that made this happen. 🎥 Watch the video. Feel the energy. See what a community united by a common purpose can achieve. This is the spirit of Dubai. This is the spirit of the UAE. And this is what happens when we come together for something bigger than ourselves. From all of us at IGNITE, thank you. For your generosity, your support and your belief in this cause. Big love to you all. 💗 #ignitepinkispunk #pinkispunk #breastcancersupport #dubaicommunity by @the_g_view

One of the wittiest and sharpest men I know! Congratulations, Anil on the launch of @mensguidetopregnancy ! Great to be there and share the launch experience with you. by @the_g_view
Proud is an understatement. Seeing my friends succeed has always sparked something inside me, a feeling that’s hard to explain. This isn’t my BAFTA, and those award-winning novels aren’t mine. They belong to @richard.kerbaj But watching someone you care about achieve greatness, after seeing the work, sacrifice, and passion behind it all, is a special kind of joy. Love you brother! by @the_g_view
