Don’t miss it. 🧠✨
In psychology, there is a concept called loss aversion the idea that we hate missing out on something valuable far more than we enjoy gaining it. And trust me, you really don’t want to miss what’s about to drop on thehumanmindset.
We are officially days away from unveiling the project I’ve been quietly building behind the scenes. It’s designed to completely change the way you understand your brain, your habits, and your potential.

The human brain hates unanswered questions. (It’s a psychological phenomenon called the Zeigarnik Effect).
So, I’m going to leave you with one today: Where have I been, and what am I launching next for thehumanmindset?
I’ve been quiet because I’ve been busy shifting perspectives and building a new space for psychological growth, mindset shifts, and cognitive exploration. The countdown is officially on. ⏳

The words we use can shape how we understand harmful behaviour. Looking at crime through a critical criminological perspective means questioning whether power and status influence which actions receive attention and which are taken less seriously.

Not all crime is visible, and not all victims experience harm in the same way. White-collar crime can have lasting consequences for individuals, families and communities.
Understanding crime means looking beyond what is most visible and recognising the different forms harm can take.

Our perception of crime is often shaped by what we see, what we hear and how the media presents it. But criminal behaviour does not have one particular appearance or social background. Critical criminology encourages us to question how power, status and social class influence the way crime is understood and addressed.
Whose actions are questioned, and whose actions are overlooked?

🧠 Some behaviours are learned to survive, not always to thrive.
💭 Recognising them is the first step.
🤍 You can honour your roots and still choose yourself.

🧠 Some habits are learned as ways to adapt and cope.
💭 Over time, they may no longer serve us.
🤍 Unlearning is part of growing into yourself.

In some migrant households, love and sacrifice can unintentionally create pressure to succeed or “do the right thing.”
💭 This can shape people-pleasing behaviours as a way to maintain harmony and meet expectations.
🤍 Understanding this helps create space for healthier boundaries and self-awareness.
