Another beautiful sunny day across Chichester Harbour ☀️

This is the view from the balcony of ‘The Hayloft’ this morning, looking out across the fields of Chidham peninsula towards Thorney Channel.

The harvest is in, leaving the farm fields and our paddocks equally golden after the recent spell of dry weather. A nice sea breeze to gently sway the trees and keep our horses cool as they enjoy grazing in the shade.🐴🌳

We were proud to support Tricklebank Stud today by sponsoring the Mountain & Moorland Large Breeds class at their Summer Horse & Hobby Horse Show in Wickham.

We were there to see the class judged and congratulate the winner, a lovely Welsh section D mare 🐴 by @the_meadows_chidham

Just some of the amazing wildlife you can see right outside your door when you stay with us here at The Meadows by beautiful Chichester Harbour 🦌🐇🦊

Relax on your own private balcony and watch these locals go about their business around our horse paddocks, while the buzzards and a host of other birds swoop between the trees.
