Easy Tofu & Kimchi meal because we’re obsessed with this combo! ✔️2 servings = 28 g of protein all in less than 10 minutes. Pan fry hi protein tofu, I used Sprouts brand and seasoned with Pollo Asado and Adobo but you can use your favorite spices. Hi protein tofu has virtually no water and it cooks fast! I served this with @milkimchi which is our favorite 🔥 Benefits: • Tofu: A great source of plant-based protein, iron, and calcium. It contains isoflavones, which may help in reducing the risk of certain diseases. • Kimchi: Rich in probiotics, vitamins A, B, and C. It can improve gut health and boost the immune system. • Avocado Oil: Provides essential fatty acids needed for overall health. This dish is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients that support overall health! Jalapeño Potato Salad🔥 ✔️Roasted white potatoes ✔️Vegan ranch dressing (optional) ✔️Vegan mayo ✔️Vegan sour cream ✔️Vegan bacon 🥓 (I used Lightlife) ✔️ Pickled jalapeños diced ✔️ sliced Green onions ✔️ Salt & Pepper to taste ✔️ Vegan cheese (I used Daiya Mexican blend) ✔️ Fresh jalapeño Dice the potatoes, add olive oil and sprinkle with the the ranch spices and bake. I used a homemade ranch vegan blend, you can skip if you don’t have any. Cut the bacon into small pieces and cook until crispy. Slice the jalapeños and pan fry for 5 minutes then set aside. In a bowl add mayo, sour cream, bacon, cheese and green onions. Once the potatoes are cooked and golden brown, add them to the bowl and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with the fresh jalapenos.
