The Memphis crew. 2003 D-Line. Lucas, Means, Taylor. We learned from some dogs and then we made it our own and then passed that dog down to the next generation. That’s what ball is all about. Memphis Pride. Memphis Blue. Memphis Mane. The team is off to a great start 4-0. by @theacademy_step79
Happy Birthday Willow and Wade. I’m not sure where the time has gone but I do know it’s been a great thing seeing the two of you grow up. I hope your days are as special as y’all are. Daddy loves you! by @theacademy_step79

Nephew, it’s been 3 long, hard years since you left us. There is not a day that goes by where a memory of you doesn’t pop up in my head. The twins mention you almost every day. Ethan has you tatted on his arm. I know many others are sad on this day. I just want you to know that you are loved and missed dearly. Anyone that had the pleasure to be in you presence knew how special of a person you were. Your smile lit up any room, your goofiness always had people laughing and your heart showed what love was. I pray that you and Big Will are up in heaven looking down over us. January 28th will always be a tough day but your memory will always live. I love you Zachary Lawrence Taylor! by @theacademy_step79
The world lost a great man earlier this week. Mr. Larry Majors you will forever be missed. Words can’t explain the type of man you were. You influenced and motivated several generations of kids in our community. We were blessed to have you as a teacher and a coach. The friendship you had with my dad made us family. The stories about you, my dad and so many more will never be forgotten. Thoughts and prayers for your sweet wife Mrs. Lucy Majors and the entire Major’s and Sewanee community. by @theacademy_step79
The Academy Bootcamp Family. Thank you for putting this outing together. I truly appreciate the support. Thank you for the gifts. Y’all always make me feel appreciated. I’m glad I get to call what I love to do work. Hopefully we will have many more opportunities to continue our Christmas tradition. by @theacademy_step79
We started the grind months ago, well actually 8 years ago. Shaimar Lyons a senior prepping for his senior year. His hard work helped him develop into the best point guard/player in the district. I’d ask everyone to please say a prayer for him as he has learned he tore his ACL opening night. Things like this in sports happen but we always have to remember, it’s all in God’s hands. Many have bounced back from this but we all know it’s not easy, it takes mental, emotional and physical toughness. You can do it young man. We (the city) are here for you. #gethealthy by @theacademy_step79
Manny Scott aka Manny Walk has taken the #1 spot for the most solo tackles in FC Football history. It’s been a pleasure watching, coaching and training this kids since he was in the 5th grade. Scrappy and highly emotional, Manny always wore his heart on his sleeve. I’m happy to see you join the history board in FC football. When a kid that you’ve seen all the ups and downs for several years does something special it makes you feel a certain happiness in your heart. Continue to be great and go help a college win football games next year. Follow your heart and your dreams and go be special young man. by @theacademy_step79

Back to it! Tuesday sports performance class was 🔥🔥🔥. These kids emptied the tank this evening. It’s not about where you start, it’s where you finish. Keep chopping wood and the tree will eventually fall. #smallvictories #bigresults by @theacademy_step79
