I don’t know where to start but lately I’m feeling better about myself. Last year was menace can’t lie, when I checked with the doctors I came to know that I got early degenerate symptoms with my neck also a slippy disc (lamber Disc bulg). Later this year I was diagnosed with PCOS. Since I live in the UK it took me ages to know about this. I gained quite a lot than usual therefore my food cravings were at the top. I only move when I work so physically inactive. In November I was flustered by gaining weight, also my whole body was aching. I took Ayurveda treatment for my degenerative neck and disc bulg from Kerala, India. Well I was feeling good after the treatment physically. I had thoughts of restarting my workouts and diet but I was quite not sure of training myself also was desperate of lifting weights. Thats when my friend @_aldry_y introduced me to the team named @spunkfit_wellness. Omg! The journey with them is going amazing I can’t lie. They are a massive team were you get to have a trainer, a Physiotherapist and a psychologist like ‘WHAT’. I’m really blessed I can say. Honestly I’m grateful to everyone of you for guiding me through this. Especially my trainer @flexwithshibil__ the best man who pushing me forward everyday for the upbringings. Like honestly bro you are one among those people who truly believe in me and want to see me succeed. Thank you @ts_harikrishnan the brain of the team without you this will never happen. I genuinely feeling grateful. 🧿 #regainhealth #foryoupage❤️❤️ #page #fitness by @theactualaishu
