Lace up or slip on your most comfortable shoes and come hang out with us; whether you want to run, take a slow jog, or just stroll, literally everything goes at our next community meetup! We’re kicking things off this Saturday, by the fountain(fontana del trianon) at Parco Ducale, winding our way along the Parma riverfront, and ending up at Oltre Lab for well-deserved coffee and conversations that just flows. There’s zero pressure on your pace, so come as you are, bring a friend, and let’s enjoy a cozy, slow morning together. Meeting point : by the fountain (fontana del trianon) at Parco Ducale Time : 17th October at 9:00 AM Route : Almost 5 kms — #creativecommunity #community #thealternatesociety #parma #italy by @thealternatesociety
It was always about showing up for the community. Visuals from the last event / SR & CO 001 / — #community #communitybuilding #creativecommunity #italy #parma by @thealternatesociety
Visuals from the first alt:so gathering : SW /001/ — Last Sunday, we came from different parts of the city, carrying different stories, and found ourselves in the same little corner under the sun. For an afternoon, we put aside the lives we’re still figuring out, and simply made room for one another and doing things we love. Perhaps that’s how a community begins, not with having things in common, but with the willingness to share a little of ourselves. A first sketch, in more ways than one. Here’s to all that we’ll build together and more… Thank you to everyone who made it and for the others who couldn’t, we have more events coming up. See you there #creativecommunity #events #gathering #parma #italy by @thealternatesociety
Our first event is happening tomorrow and we are absolutely thrilled. Our first edition had to be sketch walk before we step into more mindful things in the coming days. So, alt:so is a little creative community which stands for ‘the alternate society’, just as an excuse to bring people together and do small, creative things away from their regular day to days. Nothing too serious, nothing to prove. Just fun, conversations and a sense of community. Bring a sketchbook, a pen but most importantly your presence and a free, wandering mind Growth doesn’t happen in a straight line, and at alt:so we understand that and more importantly we respect that See you there — #sketchwalk #creativecommunity #events #parma #italy by @thealternatesociety
