You can become someone completely different from who you thought you’d be.

You’re not behind or lost… you’re allowed to evolve when you choose to make a decision to pivot by changing the directions in your pathway & discovering new parts of yourself.

Sometimes it means you’re finally becoming YOU 🤍
Sometimes the path makes sense only when you look back✨

So if you’ve ever felt like you’re still figuring it all out, burnt out, behind or like you’re constantly changing direction…

I hope you see a little piece of yourself in my story 🫶🏼

What feels resonant with you about my story? I’d love to hear what you have to share with me ✨ by @theaquamysticflow

A Story of Transformation: From Struggles to Health and Freedom ✨👇🏼

Let me share my vulnerable journey, the story of who I was before starting my business and how I chose to transform my health and wellness:

Have you ever felt stuck, like life was slipping away as fears, self-sabotage, anxiety, and depression consumed your mental health? That was me. I worked late nights as a server, convincing myself that this “normal” lifestyle of stress and exhaustion was all there was.

In my 20s, I was a party girl. I drowned my emotions in wine, marijuana, and other vices, feeling lost and disconnected from my dreams. At the time, it felt easier to avoid life’s challenges than to face them.

I once dreamed of becoming a Deaf veterinarian or therapist, but I lacked the courage to pursue those goals. Instead, I buried my potential in a lifestyle that kept me stuck.

In 2019, I started a small business, The Aqua Mystic Flow, offering handmade items like wire-wrapped smoke holders, candles, herbal blends etc. But when it didn’t meet my expectations, I gave up, feeling like a failure for trying to do it all alone.

In 2021, I lost my father, and grief hit me hard. I turned to partying and drinking, ignoring my health entirely. I felt like I was spiraling with no way out.

One day, I realized I needed a change. I couldn’t continue down the same destructive path. I worked tirelessly to shift my mindset and found a water business with a supportive community. Something inside me, my soul urged me to take a chance on this opportunity.

Two years later, I’m proud to say I’ve transformed my life. I quit the habits that were holding me back, chose health over temporary distractions, and found fulfillment in both my business and my well-being. The personal growth I’ve experienced over the last two years has been incredible.

Does any of this resonate with you?

Are you seeking solutions to break free from unhealthy patterns and create a better story for yourself? Vibing into my HER ERA ✨🪽

I’m not becoming someone new.
I’m becoming more of the woman I always knew I could be. ✨

The version of me who trusts her vision.
Who stops shrinking to fit into spaces she’s outgrown.
Who gives herself permission to want more out of life.

More creativity. More freedom. More alignment. More LIFE.

I’m learning that becoming her isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about making choices that align with the woman I’m becoming, even when it’s uncomfortable.

And honestly? I’m just getting started. 🤍

Welcome to my HER ERA. by @theaquamysticflow

Your HER era begins when you stop waiting for someone else to give you permission. ✨

At some point, you have to stop waiting for the perfect time, the perfect circumstances or someone else to believe in you first.

Your dreams matter, too.

You can be scared and still take the next step.

You’re allowed to outgrow old versions of yourself.

You’re allowed to change your mind.
You’re allowed to start again.
You’re allowed to build a life that actually feels like YOU.

This is your reminder that you don’t need permission to become the woman you’ve been envisioning. 🦋

Start showing up for her today.

Who are you becoming? I’d love to hear it from you! 💕✨ by @theaquamysticflow

Maybe you had spent so much time being who everyone else needed you to be that you forgot to ask yourself who YOU want to become✨🪽

What does your dream life actually look like?
And are your daily choices moving you toward it?

Stop waiting until you feel confident, healed, successful, or ready to start showing up as the woman you envision 👏🏻

You don’t become her overnight. You become her through the little decisions you make when nobody is watching 👀

Sometimes the first step isn’t doing more.
It’s getting honest about what you actually want.

If you’re ready to get intentional about your next chapter, the H.E.R. Era Masterclass is a magical place to start ❤️‍🔥

I used to overthink EVERYTHING, waiting for the “right time” to change my life.

But the truth? There will always be bills to pay, responsibilities to handle, and a million reasons to keep playing it safe.

What scared me more than taking a risk was looking back years from now and realizing I was still living the same routine, wishing for a different life.

I knew I wanted MORE.

More freedom. More time to explore. More room to follow my passions. More opportunities to travel, create, and build a life that actually feels like mine.

I didn’t want my entire life to revolve around work, weekends, and waiting for my next vacation. I wanted the freedom to choose how I spend my time and where I want to be.

So, I started exploring ways to build income online, one step at a time. I didn’t have it all figured out, and I’m still learning as I go.

But taking that first step opened my mind to what’s possible when you stop waiting for permission to create something different.

As a multi-passionate woman with so many dreams, I’m learning that I don’t have to choose just ONE version of myself. I can build a business, explore the world, prioritize my wellness, and create a life that gives me room to be all of me. 🌊✨

Because the biggest risk isn’t always taking the leap.

Sometimes, it’s spending years talking yourself out of the life you’ve been dreaming about.

Nothing changes if nothing changes.

If you’re ready to explore what’s possible for you and start creating more freedom on your own terms, follow along. 💧🤍

Let’s build a life that feels as good as the vision we’ve been carrying. ✨ by @theaquamysticflow

For a long time, I knew I wanted a life with more room to breathe, create, explore, and follow the things that light me up.

I’m multi-passionate. I love wellness, travel, creativity, connection and building something meaningful.

I don’t want to believe that I have to squeeze all of that into the tiny spaces left over after work.

That’s why I’m interested in exploring different ways to build online.

If you’ve been wondering whether your content could lead to more opportunities, I’m sharing a free live masterclass called Content Into Commissions.

Do you ever feel sick and tired of being sick often?

Same, I felt this too.

It starts with ourselves to create the shift by deciding to take actions to make the change within your health and lifestyle.

I heard this quote “if nothing changes, then nothing changes” that is a true statement 💯

One step at a time.
One decision at a time.
Get out of the comfort zone.
Things will feel a lot better.

✨Will it be challenging? YES.
✨Will it be worth it? MOST DEFINITELY.

If you truly value your health and you want to create the shift.
It’ll all will be SO worth it!

I had seen and felt the improvement by deciding to create a shift with my lifestyle and health of how I should be living that aligns with my values.

This is your sign to start thinking about the shift you wanna create in your life and health ✨

What’s one or two things that you desire to shift or to start creating for the better? by @theaquamysticflow

When you start paying attention to what you’re putting in your body… you start looking at your WATER differently. 💧

And apparently, I’m not the only one.
And like what Kevin Hart said “it got my skin shining” 👀

If you didn’t know my water testimonial, this water had helped to clear up my acne and definitely got my skin shining too ✨💁🏼‍♀️

From celebrities to athletes to wellness-focused people, more people are choosing to elevate their water.

I’ve been drinking this water for 4 years & now I want you to experience why I’m so passionate about it. 🌊

Ready to elevate your water? 💧
