Excited to be moving into this next phase of the Art Kitchin! I began attending Native American sweat lodges 20 years ago in Nashville, and it was always a transformative experience for me, and I’m ecstatic to share this experience with kinfolk. The evening will begin with the lodge experience, and end with healthy culinary and visual art. This is something I’ve been envisioning for a while now and look forward to sharing this space with the souls that decide to pull up. Tap in if you’re ready for an experience that aims to be transformative. Link is in the Bio by @theartkitchin

The next Art Kitchin will be the unveiling of the New Native American Sweat Lodge. Fire starts at 6, and entering the lodge will begin at sunset. The lodge will last for a couple of hours, followed by a feast filled with a healthy meal, and refreshments and an appreciation of Art by @theartkitchin
