ONE YEAR APART! 🤯🤯🤯🤯

Modern medicine is a beautiful thing 🫶💯 Taking control of my health was the best thing I could have ever done for me. 🥰 65lbs gone! Never going back! Thankful for amazing supplements to help maintain the weight loss 🍋💊 by @theashleycota

Anyone else feel like they should have more figured out by now? 🙋‍♀️

I swear we put so much unnecessary pressure on ourselves. To make more money, be more successful, have everything together by a certain age.

But life doesn’t always go according to plan. Goals change, priorities shift, and sometimes things just take longer than we expected.

I’m learning to stop stressing so much about where I think I SHOULD be and focus on where I’m going.

We’re all just figuring it out as we go. ❤️

The older I get, the more I realize how much time we waste worrying about what other people think. 🙃

Not everyone is going to agree with your choices, support your goals, or understand what you’re trying to do.

And honestly, that’s fine.

At the end of the day, YOU are the one living your life. So do what makes you happy, go after what you want, and stop feeling like you have to explain yourself to everyone.

Life’s too short to keep holding yourself back. ❤️

Sports mom tip 👟🏀⚾️

When your kid is constantly running, jumping, cutting and competing, their heels take a LOT of impact. That’s why I love the BloomLab Kids Gel Heel Cups.

✨ Instant heel cushioning — just pop them into their cleats, sneakers or school shoes. No new shoes or bulky insoles needed.

✨ Dual shock-absorbing gel helps cushion those hard heel strikes from running, jumping, sports, recess and long days on their feet.

✨ And the textured non-slip base helps keep them in place during all that running, cutting and jumping.

As a sports mom, I’m all about the simple little things that can make our athletes more comfortable while they’re doing what they love. 💙

I’m here to hold you accountable to the thing you said you were going to do. 👏🏼

Because 6 months from now, you can either have 6 months of progress… or 6 months of excuses and be right back where you are today.

And if you’ve been talking about starting that side hustle, creating another stream of income, or finally putting yourself out there…

The next 4 months are some of the biggest months of the year.

So stop waiting for the “right time.”

You’ve already talked about it.
You already know you want it.
Now it’s time to DO IT.

I’ll be the one in your corner pushing you when you need it. 💜
