Little Halloween photo dump! Me and my fiancé @samantha.ryn got a parents night out for the first time in almost a year and luckily it was on Halloween! We went to @garmechanicsville and had a great time, band was amazing, everyone was extremely friendly. Also can you guess what my costume is? I’ll give you a hint, he’s also an astronaut and an actor 😌 #halloween #funnycostumes #parentsnightout #fiancé by @thebartendingbodybuilder

Physique update since becoming a dad 7 weeks ago. You would think after having a child that you lose a lot of time to do the things you love but that isn’t the case at all. I have the most amazing fiancée ever @samantha.ryn and she makes sure that me and her both get our gym time, considering that is how we met, at the gym! But seriously if you have a supportive partner like me then you shouldn’t lose anything you love simply because you become a parent! But just having fun and watching what I eat without stressing myself has been doing wonders for me. Oh and I work out at planet fitness now and I know the rumors and stigma behind this gym and I can 100% say that they are false. This gym is so nice (Glen Allen location) I love going to a body building themed gym… but when you’ve been doing this close to a decade, you can utilize any equipment to fit your needs. But yeah! Little girl hasn’t slowed me down at all! (Swipe all the way to see Smilin Rylin!!!!)

Also! For anyone just getting into working out and are stuck and don’t know what to do, or anyone trying to lose weight, or starting to get into competitive bodybuilding, then DM me and let me help! Will be available for 1 on 1 sessions!

October 25th, 2026. The day I asked my best friend and love of my life to marry me. @samantha.ryn you are the absolute most best thing in my life and you’ve made me so happy with the time we’ve had together that I want to keep spending it with you for the rest of my life. You are my bestest friend in the whole wide world, the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen, ever. And the most supportive partner anyone could ask for, no matter what it is, you always support me in it. You’re the most driven woman I’ve ever met, whatever you set your mind too, you will do it and it’s something I respect about you so much. You’re the kindest person I’ve ever met with so much empathy towards others. You’re the best mother a future husband could ask for and that’s another thing, you gave us the most greatest gift of all, our little girl.

Also thank you so much to @hanovervegetablefarm for providing us with such a beautiful and organized place for me to ask her, they had it marked so we could get best lighting and they did great! If you ever want to take your family here to just walk around, they have plenty to do, tons of games, food trucks, and even a bar!

Also thank you to @lorahumphreysphotography for taking the wonderful pictures for us! She was so professional and we had no clue she was there until way after I asked! Definitely would highly recommend using her for any camera needs!

Time to start planning!!! #marriage #engagement by @thebartendingbodybuilder

Just a girl and her dog! When we first brought Rylin home. I was nervous how Zeke was going to respond because for five years, he’s been the center of attention. Well now he knows that isn’t the case anymore and he could not be more happier. I’ve had zeke five years and out of the five years have never seen him on protective mode, until we brought Rylin home. Zeke has been such a good boy with her and is very gentle with her. He loves giving her kisses (she doesn’t like the face but he still tries 😂) but I gotta feeling these two are going to be best friends in the future! @samantha.ryn #dogs #babies #dogsandbabies #newborns by @thebartendingbodybuilder

I am a huge fan of gentle parenting and i think some people confuse that not telling your boys no (this goes for daughters as well because we’ve all seen how big a brat a girl can be when she’s never been told no) can be extremely dangerous for their future when they become an adult or teen, and a girl they really like does not like them back. Hearing the word no and learning how to cope with the word NO is very important for a child because they can be taught early how to comprehend being told no. #sons #daughters #awareness #girldad #no by @thebartendingbodybuilder

So I joined “bemyeyes” it’s an app to where if a blind person needs help seeing stuff or finding something, they call you via camera, and you describe their surroundings to them!

we’ve all have waken up in the middle of the night stumbling around in the dark because we can’t see and it can get frustrating. But we may experience that for maybe 10-30 seconds, where people who can’t see have to deal with obstacle constantly. So if you want to help and be a volunteer then download the app! @bemyeyesapp #blindness #helpingothers #kindness #humanity by @thebartendingbodybuilder
