DM me today, let’s get to work 😤

Access to information is king. Your work ethic isn’t translating to the game because you’re working on the wrong things. Some of this random information being given to you is actually making you worse…

BASSY YEAR #31 🦁

A wise man once said: “Getting old ain’t for the weak”

Thank God for another year on this beautiful planet with these beautiful people! I have been blessed beyond measure. Each one of these images holds a special significance and epitomizes the extent of these blessings!

At times we get caught up praying for what we want to change and don’t spend enough time saying thank you for what we have. I wanted to make this post to say thank you. Thank you to God, my family, my fiancee, my friends and all of YOU who follow/support my silly hitting page.

Life is precious and special. This was such a unique year with some of my highest highs and some of my lowest lows. As I reflect on all of it, I wouldn’t have it any other way. The roller coaster of life is guaranteed to throw more twists and turns my way and I know I’m more prepared than ever for what comes next.

“I’ll tell you a secret. Something they don’t teach you in your temple. The Gods envy us. They envy us because we’re mortal, because any moment might be our last. Everything is more beautiful because we’re doomed. You will never be lovelier than you are now. We will never be here again.” by @thebaseballmill

@heliot_ramos14 🤝 Throttle Grip by @thebaseballmill

Craig Wallenbrock’s impact on the hitting industry has been undeniable! With his support, we’ve developed The Throttle Grip as a way to uphold his legacy and pay his knowledge forward!

I was lucky enough to meet Craig 2 years ago and we’ve learned a tremendous amount from watching him work with hitters. There’s a reason why so many successful major league coaches and players have come through his program.

The Throttle Grip is a product trusted by coaches and players at the highest level. Craig was also excited about our youth model because he believes these ideas need to be established early on in a players development!
