Morocco is not a “see 2 places and tick it off” kind of trip.

It’s rooftops at sunset.
It’s negotiating in the souks like you’ve done this before.
It’s waterfall mist, desert air, hammam steam and slow riad mornings.

If you only do 2–3 things, you’re missing the point.

Morocco rewards prepared travellers.

Save this for when you’re ready to do it properly 🇲🇦 by @theblvckoreos__

I’ve been to Albania twice now and it still makes sense to me.

Entry was straightforward based on UK residency, so no extra visa stress.
Flights were £14 one way / £28 return because I used date ranges properly.
My hotel cost £42 for 3 nights — clean, comfortable, calm.
Car rental was £23 for 3 days, and driving actually made everything easier (and cheaper).

This is why I always say:
travel doesn’t have to be expensive, it just needs planning.

If Europe feels overwhelming, Albania is a good place to start.

Save this.
Send it to someone who thinks travel is “too expensive”.

2026 travel doesn’t have to start at an embassy.

These are countries I’ve personally entered with a Nigerian passport,
visa-free or low-stress entry.

No theories.
No “I heard”.
Just real trips and realistic routes.

If visa stress has ever delayed your travel plans,
save this for 2026.

🇳🇬 NIGERIAN PASSPORT + UK RESIDENCY? 🇬🇧

The Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 might just be the Caribbean destination you’re overlooking! 🌴. I spent 5 days in Punta Cana without applying for a separate Dominican tourist visa, thanks to my qualifying UK residence permission.

Here’s what you should know before booking! 👇🏾

🛂 ENTRY: Check that your specific UK immigration status qualifies for the visa exemption.

📱 UK eVISA: Immigration asked me to load mine online. A screenshot wasn’t accepted in my case, so make sure you can access yours!

✈️ FLIGHTS: I flew directly from London Gatwick with British Airways. Check transit visa requirements if you’re booking connecting flights.

🎟️ E-TICKET: Mandatory for arrival and departure, and completely FREE!

🔌🦟 ESSENTIALS: Pack a US-style travel adaptor and mosquito repellent. You’ll thank me later! 😂

I absolutely loved Punta Cana, especially exploring beyond the resorts! 🇩🇴❤️

📌 Want the official entry requirements and FREE E-Ticket links?

👇🏾 Comment DOMINICAN and I’ll send them to your DM!

Save this for later, share with your travel partner and follow @theblvckoreos__ for more Nigerian passport + UK residency travel guides! ✈️🌍

“WE don’t even have travel insurance?!” 😭😂 Not my friend including me in that statement during our Punta Cana trip! 😂

One thing about me? I love a good adventure, but I also make sure the important travel preparations are sorted before the fun begins.

For my Dominican Republic trip, I travelled insured with @heymondo_en , and I loved having my policy easily accessible in the app, with 24/7 travel assistance available if I needed help abroad. Thankfully, I didn’t need to use it, and that’s exactly how I want every holiday to end! 🥹

✈️ Planning your next trip? Don’t forget to sort your travel insurance and check that your policy covers your planned activities.

💚 EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT: You can get a discount on your Heymondo travel insurance through the link in my bio!

Are you someone who always buys travel insurance, or do you sometimes forget? 👀

🚨 GIBRALTAR VISA UPDATE 🇬🇮

Remember when I shared that Gibraltar was visa-free for Nigerian passport holders living in the UK?

Well, things have changed! 🥲

Since 15 July 2026, UK residency alone no longer qualifies Nigerian passport holders for visa-free entry to Gibraltar. You’ll now generally need a valid Schengen visa. When I visited, the entry requirements were different, which is why I’m sharing this update for everyone who saved my previous Gibraltar content.

One thing I never skip when travelling? DOUBLE-CHECKING entry requirements, even when I’ve visited a country before. Because imagine spending your hard-earned money on flights, accommodation and activities, only to be denied entry. 😭

Gibraltar is still a beautiful destination I’d recommend exploring, but please confirm the latest requirements with official immigration sources before booking.

SAVE this update and SHARE it with someone planning to visit Gibraltar! 🤍

£43.67 for ALL THIS in the Dominican Republic?! 😭🏝️🇩🇴

If you’re visiting Punta Cana, add Saona Island to your itinerary because this was honestly one of my favourite experiences! I booked this full-day excursion through @getyourguide , a platform where you can discover and book tours, attractions and experiences around the world.

Here’s what my £43.67 booking included:

🚐 Hotel pickup and return transfer from Punta Cana

🚤 A boat ride from Bayahíbe

💦 A stop at a natural swimming pool in the Caribbean Sea, we even spotted starfish!

🌴 Time to explore, swim and relax on beautiful Saona Island

🍽️ Buffet lunch and drinks

💃🏽 A catamaran ride back with music, dancing and the BEST atmosphere!

A special shoutout to our guide, Jonathan, and the crew for making the experience even more memorable! 😂❤️. A few things to know before booking:

👙 Bring swimwear and a dry change of clothes.

☀️ Pack sunscreen, a towel and a waterproof phone pouch.

💊 If you’re prone to seasickness, ask a pharmacist about suitable motion-sickness tablets BEFORE your excursion. You’ll be spending plenty of time on boats!

💷 I paid £43.67 for my booking. Prices and inclusions may vary depending on your tour and travel dates. Was it worth it? For me, ABSOLUTELY! 😍

You can explore activities for your own Punta Cana trip through my GetYourGuide storefront, linked in my bio.

📌 SAVE this for your Punta Cana itinerary and share it with someone you’d love to experience it with!

Imagine landing in a country you’ve never visited, where you don’t speak the language, and you can’t even contact your airport transfer 😭. One thing I wasn’t about to do in Punta Cana was start hunting for airport Wi-Fi!

Thanks to my gifted @getyatelo eSIM, I was already connected while STILL sitting on the plane after landing 😂🇩🇴. From contacting my driver to checking directions and translating Spanish, having internet from the moment I arrived made things so much easier.

3 things to sort before your next international trip:

✈️ Set up your mobile data before departure.
🛂 Download your important travel documents so you can access them offline.
📍 Save your airport transfer contact and hotel address.

And here’s something for your next trip! 👀

📱 Get 10% OFF your Yatelo eSIM using my code THEBLVKOREOS.

Because your first hour in a new country should be exciting, not stressful! 🌍❤️. SAVE this before your next international trip! ✈️

long distance friendship reunion hits different 🛫💌 @__may.ree

#friendship #reunion #travel #travelwithme #puntacana by @theblvckoreos__

11 years later… halfway across the world. 🥹✈️🇩🇴

We hadn’t seen each other since we graduated high school in 2015. Life happened, she ended up living in the US 🇺🇸 and I ended up living in the UK 🇬🇧. So somehow, 11 years later, we decided to meet again in Punta Cana. 😂❤️

And getting there meant taking my first ever 9+ hour direct flight, London to Punta Cana with British Airways.

I genuinely expected 9 hours in economy to feel LONGGG 😭 but somehow I actually enjoyed the flight… without even sleeping 😂 Seeing her at the other end made those 9 hours feel very small. 🥹

Consider this your sign to stop saying “we need to plan something” and actually book the trip. 😂✈️

Send this to the friend you owe a reunion trip. ❤️

Pack with me for Punta Cana 🇩🇴🧳✨

First time EVER checking in a suitcase because I’m usually a carry-on-only girlie 😂 and why was packing suddenly so much easier when I wasn’t fighting for every inch of space??

Packing cubes, dresses, skirts, tops, shorts, shoes, slippers, little bags, jewellery, toiletries… somehow everything actually had a home. 😂

And yes, an AirTag went straight into that suitcase because if my bag decides to go on its own holiday, I need to know where it’s going. 😭😂

Punta Cana loadingggg 🌴🇩🇴

The holiday starts BEFORE the airport ✈️🇩🇴

I’m flying to Punta Cana in 3 days and these are the things I always sort before an international trip because I refuse to be at the airport searching “do I need an entry form?” 😭

Entry requirements ✔️
Insurance ✔️
Data ✔️
Airport transfer ✔️
Must-do experiences ✔️

And this trip, I’m documenting the lot, the 9+ hour BA flight, where I stayed, what I spent, the excursions, what was actually worth paying for and the mistakes I made so you don’t have to make them too. 😂

Save this for your next international trip ✈️ and send it to that friend who starts planning at the airport. 😭

And if Punta Cana is on your list, follow along, the series starts here. 🇩🇴
