We took a month off and apparently nobody was okay with that. 😂🫶

The DMs. The questions. The “WHEN IS BOCA YOGA CLUB COMING BACK?!”

Well, you asked. WE’RE BACK. 🔥

This Sunday at 9:30 AM, we’re rolling out our mats, reconnecting with our people, and bringing back the energy you’ve been missing.

Because Boca Yoga Club was never just about yoga. It’s about the people who show up. 🤍

🧘🏻‍♀️✨ SUNDAY YOGA HAS BECOME A RITUAL ✨🧘‍♀️

My daughter, @healthywithdani and I head to Boca Yoga Club to practice with Kim Rose Flows and @lululemon—and it has become one of our favorite rituals. 💕✨

We love starting our Sunday by moving, breathing, connecting, and sharing space with an amazing community of people who are passionate about health, wellness, and taking care of their Body, Mind & Soul. 🌿

And now, we have even more beautiful news to celebrate: Kim Rose Flows is officially the Yoga Ambassador for @lululemon Boca Raton! ❤️✨

Her words say it best:

“This isn’t something you apply for.
It’s not about follower count.
It’s not about optics.
It’s about authenticity.”

It’s about showing up LONG before anyone is watching. 🙏✨ It’s about leadership, integrity, community impact, and creating spaces that elevate people.

As someone who teaches Yoga and Pilates, these Sundays are especially meaningful to me because I get to step away from being the teacher and simply enjoy my own practice. 🙏💫 I get to be present, recharge, learn, and enjoy this special time with my daughter and our community.

That’s what wellness is all about. ❤️

Kim, congratulations on this incredible and well-deserved achievement! Your authenticity, heart, leadership, and dedication to the Boca community shine through. ✨

And I LOVE your reminder:

“Dream big. Bigger than feels comfortable. Bigger than feels realistic.” 🌟

Boca… WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED! 🔥🌴💗

LFG!!! 🙌🔥

If you have ever taken a class with @kimroseflowsyoga you know the practice is only part of what she creates. ✨

Kim has a way of making people feel welcome, connected, and part of something bigger. As the founder of Kim Rose Flows and Boca Yoga Club, a lululemon Ambassador, yoga instructor, wellness advocate, and community builder, that sense of connection is at the heart of everything she does!

Yoga may be what brings everyone together, but community is what makes it mean something.

We are so grateful Kim led our Coco Market community in practice last Sunday and shared her energy, intention, and heart with us. 🌿🫶

If Kim’s work resonates with you, follow along with @kimroseflowsyoga and @thebocayogaclub and show her some love. There is so much more community being built beyond the mat.

Yoga this morning led by our BYC founder + Community Builder @kimroseflowsyoga ✨

@cocomarket.tribe understood the assignment. Bringing people from all different corners of our community together through one shared love of movement. Friendly, inclusive, supportive: exactly what community is supposed to feel like.

We’ll be back! In the meantime, keep your eyes here… our next BYC event date is dropping soon. 👀🧘‍♀️

A little peek behind the curtain of being a @lululemon Ambassador 👀🍋

One of the BIG perks? Our quarterly fit sessions. We get to try on new pieces, see how they actually fit, feel + move with us, and share real-time feedback with the team.. all while finding some new favorites to take home. 🛍️

Everything I took home is linked on my ShopMy!

What Ambassador inside scoop do you want next? Nothing’s off limits. 👀👇🏽

It’s kinda chic to be part of a yoga club.

It’s kinda chic to make new friends as an adult.

It’s kinda chic to put your phone down for an hour.

It’s kinda chic to clap for the person next to you.

It’s kinda chic to come alone and leave knowing five people.

It’s kinda chic to support local wellness brands.

Turns out, community is chic.
See you at the next Boca Yoga Club. 🤍 8.30
