I been so hard on myself for gaining 100lbs over the course of these last 9 years. I been so focused on getting the scale back down that I havent really noticed the progress I made so far. And I'm going to ALWAYS shoutout my trainer @thebodybynikky !! You have no idea just how much being under your influence has helped me these last 2 years. ESPECIALLY as of last year!! I love you DEEP!! and even though I have a long way to go I'm proud of myself on this journey so far! 💪🏾💪🏾 by @thebodybynikky
