The world is definitely adjusting for those of us on our journeys! 😂🙌🏾 I love seeing more options that can fit different lifestyles.

We grabbed our wine tonight from @liquorwinehub 💕 Great prices & not too far from Jackson! While we were there, I snapped a few pics of some lower-carb options for my Bodied Babes who like to be mindful of their choices without feeling like they can’t enjoy themselves. 🥂

🕺🏽 If you stop by, tell ’em @thebodyfixco sent you! ☺️

What’s YOUR favorite lower-carb drink option? 👀👇🏾 Drop it in the comments so we can put each other on!

💚 HEY BODIED BABES — IT’S SEPTEMBER! 💚
And that means it’s officially PCOS Awareness Month 🎗️

This month, we’re not chasing perfection. We’re choosing to become more intentional, consistent and SELF-AWARE about how we care for our bodies, minds & spirits.

As a woman who has personally dealt with PCOS and gone through my own wellness and weight-loss journey, I know how easy it is to get frustrated with your body. But one thing we’ve learned together as a tribe with different ailments and challenges … is that small choices done consistently can add up to BIG change. 🙌🏾

So for September, we are inviting all our Bodied Babes (men & women) to lock in with us. 💪🏾

💦 Hydrate
🥗 Eat more intentionally
🚶🏾‍♀️ Move your body
🧘🏾‍♀️ Stretch
🔥 Get your sweat in
😴 Prioritize rest
📓 Journal & check in with yourself
🙏🏾 Pray & strengthen your faith
❤️ Give yourself grace while STILL holding yourself accountable

And throughout the month, Coach J & Nurse Maci will be sharing tips, assignments, encouragement, wellness nuggets, recipes and more to help you stay on track.

PCOS Awareness Month may be the reason we’re shining a light on women’s health this September, but this challenge is for EVERYBODY , men & women. 🖤

We’re focusing on the WHOLE person:

MIND. BODY. FAITH.

No crash diets.
No beating yourself up.
No waiting until Monday.
No waiting until you “feel motivated.”

We start NOW. 🎯

📩 Want to participate in the September Bodied Babe Challenge? Sign up for our newsletter so you don’t miss the challenges, tips & encouragement throughout the month.

And remember FAITH, BIG FAITH was our most effective tool!

One of our fav scriptures : I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13 KJV 🙏🏾

Welcome to September, Bodied Babe. 💚
Let’s see what consistency can do.
