🍄 Chanterelle season is here.

Nothing better than a pan full of fresh local chanterelles, sautéed until golden with a some Böho bone broth.

It adds richness, depth and all that slow-simmered goodness — basically the best sauce in the pan. 🤎

Butter. Chanterelles. Böho broth. Herbs yummmmers !!!

We are excited to be back at the Comox valley farmers market this weekend Saturday 9-1 . It's broth season . Let's go!! by @thebohokitchen

Here I go again… Feeling full of gratitude today .
Another two-week island-hopping private chef stint!
Two weeks of beautiful places, beautiful food, cooking for incredible people, and getting to be creative every single day. Honestly, not a bad way to make a living.
Bags packed, knives ready… and off we go.
Gather by Böho is on the move. 🥂🌊

My goal this winter is to collaborate more with Gather by Böho . Maybe a pop up somewhere or harvest dinner .
