Many doulas step into this work because of their own experience with childbirth ⬇️

Maybe it was the support you had, the support you wish you had, or an experience that made you realize just how much it matters to have someone there.

If you’re feeling called to support families through labor and birth, becoming a doula is a great place to start. Join us at an upcoming training!

What's better than a room full of compassionate people learning how to support new families?

That's exactly what we had at our Postpartum & Infant Care Doula Training at @bostonbirthassociates with @thebostondoula!

This group showed up ready to learn, ask questions, practice new skills, and support one another. We can't wait to see the care they'll bring to the families they work with.

Some very lucky families are about to have these new Postpartum & Infant Care Doulas in their circle of support!

We had such an amazing training at @bostonbirthassociates with @thebostondoula and an incredible group who are truly passionate about supporting families during the postpartum period.

So much learning, hands-on practice, conversation, and connection happened in this room, and we can't wait to see where this work takes each of them!

Happy 1️⃣4️⃣ Birthday, my beautiful girl!

I don’t know how we got here so fast 🥹 Watching you grow into the person you are today has been one of the greatest gifts of my entire life. You are so incredibly kind, smart, funny, and loving. I am in awe of you every single day.

The way you care about others, the way you make people laugh, and the light you bring into every room, it’s something so special. I am so proud of the young woman you are becoming.

No matter how much you grow, you will always be my baby, my heart, my greatest joy. I hope this year brings you so much happiness, confidence, and all the dreams your heart holds.

I love you more than words could ever explain.
I love you to the moon and back, more than the stars in the sky ✨
