Absolutely gorgeous night with incredibly talented artists, exceptional people, and killer vibes. Art Night is not only an excellent night out in DTLA but an uproar of a dazzling and brilliant community. This is my neighborhood, it’s our neighborhood. Everyone opens their doors and invites all of Los Angeles into their homes. This feels like one giant electric hug.

I am and always will be awed by this little world around me. Never have I ever felt so loved and at home. Thank you so much for everyone that pulled it together and showed up. Truly amazing.

See you again July 9✨ by @dtlaartnight

Still dreaming of our night surrounded by art in Los Angeles. ✨

We loved witnessing the passion, dedication, and stories behind every artist’s work—and seeing how HUIPILE entered into a beautiful conversation with each piece.

Different hands, different forms of expression, one shared language: art. Because when something is created with soul, it connects us beyond borders. 🤍

See you soon LA!! 💖

Crafted with art, carried with meaning.

@leobe_fine_art Ed Bermudez shares his fathers legacy of art @thebraly. Such an honor to get to talk to Ed! The love of his family is so strong. He is honoring his late father’s work that has impacted his and his families life in the best way possible. Leonard Bermudez worked in aerospace and couldn’t ever stop creating. Come stop by and meet the 7 generation Los Angeles family that have completely stolen my heart.

How do you turn an idea into an image?

A painting usually starts with a feeling I don’t know how to explain yet.

This is how I do it.

“What kind of art do you make?”

I’ve been trying to answer that question for years.

This is the closest I’ve come.

Thank you @siddyliving and @thebraly for allowing me to share 📺
