As a full time mom you can sometimes lose yourself being so caught up in taking care of the family. I had to learn that if I’m not okay and my cup is empty I am of no use to my family.

I started prioritizing myself more, getting back to ME and it feels so GOOD! 😊

There’s nothing wrong with wanting time for yourself as a MOM to pour back into you. So don’t feel guilty. Even if it’s a half hour or an hour take that break, take that walk, go do something for you.

Just adding a little thoughtfulness can go a long way. Something so simple as Brunch. Instead of going out, I decided to enjoy our formal dining area and do a light brunch set up. This gives us time to connect with each other during the day with our busy schedules. ❤️

On the menu
Sausage with Peppers & Onions
Scrambled Eggs
Roasted Garlic Potatoes drizzled with Truffle Oil

Soft Morning … sometimes we’re moving too fast. Not taking time to reflect, track progress, write goals down or even taking a moment to just breathe.

10 mins a day that’s all it takes. Try it and let me know how it goes.

L’Oréal Lumi Glotion is my go to for that instant glow and summer tan look with this lightweight skin tint / light coverage. And when I tell you it’s not heavy it’s not oily feels very skin like, I feel like I have nothing on. I’m wearing the shade deep.

I added some blush and lashes and was done in literally 10 mins!! So if you’re a mom like me who doesn’t always have time for an hour beat or you’re just on the go I would highly recommend. I’ve been using it all summer and it will remain a staple in the fall and definitely on vacation.

Some mornings are slower than others. No razzle dazzle, just some coffee for mom and waffles with fruits and strawberry syrup for the kids.

Have to find that balance sometimes, especially after a night out.

A Baddie is one that can do both 🤧

This has become a staple in my health journey. I make this every two weeks. It helps with bloating, keeping my immune system healthy and can be a great natural refresher just add sparkling water.

40 & Flourishing

This is 40…

I entered this chapter with a little fear and a lot of uncertainty, but through reflection, growth, and grace, I’ve learned to embrace it wholeheartedly.

This season has been about being intentional cherishing my family, prioritizing my peace, investing in myself, and growing into the woman I’m meant to be. I’ve learned that every lesson, every challenge, and every blessing has prepared me for this moment.

At 40, I’m not just getting older I’m becoming wiser, stronger, more confident, and more grateful.

Here’s to walking boldly in purpose, protecting my peace, celebrating every win, and flourishing in every area of life.

Cheers to 40 🥂 and all the beautiful things still to come. 💜 #IsaidYes💍 by @thebrandme__

What started as a celebration of 40 years became the beginning of forever. 💍❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, laughed with us, and unknowingly witnessed one of the biggest moments of our lives.

She said YES. 🤍

Here’s to Chapter 40… and our next chapter together. 🥂 by @thebrandme__
