🇮🇱 CHAYAL PROJECT — Healing Journey 💛

Since October 7, so many of our heroes on the front line have been fighting nonstop, carrying trauma, injuries, and emotional wounds that most of us will never see.
They deserve more than our gratitude they deserve healing. 🕊️

I’m helping lead a transformative mental-health retreat for those who’ve experienced severe trauma.
Guided by highly qualified professionals from Israel and the UK, the program includes:
✨ Trauma therapy
✨ Somatic + nervous system healing
✨ Breathwork
✨ Group support
✨ Nature-based recovery
✨ Tools for long-term emotional reintegration

This retreat gives them a safe space to breathe again to feel again to begin healing.

We’re fundraising to make this possible, and ANY amount helps. Even #CHAI4ASOLDIER ($18) can truly change a life.

💙 Support & donate link in bio.
Your kindness means more than you know. 🙏
