Helping cann@bis integrate consciously in modern life.
Ceremonialist & Market Strategist in MN
💚 What a time to be a vibe.

POSTS STORIES REELS

Less than a month ago, I saw a post about @necanncon Minneapolis and knew I had to attend. I showed up with fresh energy, humility, and an open mind. My goal was to learn about career opportunities in the cann@bis industry. I met fabulous people, attended talks, and realized this is a massive industry finding its footing in a new market (while of course maturing alongside an industry that has existed in the shadows for decades).

Yet again, I find myself at the frontier. Something about my soul just longs to exist in the Wild West.

The truth is my back is against a wall. I'm at the end of my rope, experiencing a death and rebirth like I've never had before. My only choice is to surrender and be guided. The last time I was in a similar place was 6 years ago when I left Corporate America, taking the proverbial leap. It was around that time that cann@bis told me we had work to do together. My next step was to attend Psychedelic Sitters School by @medicinalmindfulness and learn the art of Concious Cann@bis Ceremony.

Yet still an illegal market in MN at that time, there wasn't much I could do to really get a business off the ground. I continued to offer ceremony to friends and family but kept it quiet, as most of my life with the sacred plant has been.

The time has finally come for me to claim the path. Cann@bis and I do indeed have work to do together. I've immersed myself in the local industry over these past few weeks and the momentum is palpable to say the least.

Magic unfolds when you move with intention and alignment. Discernment is key.

I still don't know what's ahead and I still haven't landed "a job"... but this is more than that. This is walking the path of a calling. It's already a wild ride and I guess I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm exactly where I need to be.

Saddle up because we're on this journey together 🤠✨️ by @thechelseachung

Whelp. Here we are again. I never, ever thought I'd be here in life. We've done our absolute best to remain optimistic, kind, and brave. But I'm in on my knees again, asking for help.

I know many of you have already given so much so my main request is to share this post and help spread the word further.

I have to keep fighting. I believe in the power of the village. I have to keep showing others that caring for the ones we love is the most human thing we can do.

But this chapter isn't over. The only way out is through.

There is a specific kind of magic that happens when you bring heat, movement, and community together.

Hearing our guides talk about the energy at our Spring event at The Yard reminds us exactly why we do this. It isn’t just about the sauna, it’s about the transformation that happens when we show up for ourselves and each other.

Thank you to @edenembodied, @ericka.jones_, @jessiehoulihan, and @ChelseaChung for leading us through such a powerful reset. We left feeling more alive than ever.

Ready to experience this for yourself? Get a May pass now via the link in bio. Sign up for our newsletter on the bio (https://superiorsaunas.com/pages/events) and be the first one to know about our next events. We can’t wait to welcome you into the heat. by @thechelseachung

I voted today in my first local election 😳 More than ever, I'm feeling called to focus on my local community and do what I can to make a difference in my own backyard. Democracy requires our participation, so what happens if we stop showing up? You may not have time to participate in your local community... but then support those who do! It's easy to vote. It only takes a few minutes, and you can learn about candidates by reviewing a sample ballot.

Throughout my career, I always stayed true to myself. I never accepted the status quo. I let my passion guide me, always searching for the place that felt like a purpose and not a job.

In 2020, I said F* IT and jumped from the corporate ship. I refused to spend any more energy on projects, products and pipelines that didn't light me up. I was willing to leave behind the stability of a career for the opportunities of the wild unknown.

And wow, did I ever find the wild west. The moment I truly understood the way blockchain could power decentralization was THE red pill moment. There was no going back.

I released any expectations of a career--and I trusted that I would find a way to make it work. It wasn't easy... especially after losing everything in the crypto crash of 2022 (yes, I was one of those who foolishly went all in).

Throughout the darkest days, being part of the @worldofwomen community was always a bright spot. From Veecon in Minnepolis, to the WoW Gala in Miami, to the Madonna concert and rooftop party in New York, meeting incredible, smart, hungry individuals from all over the world was truly game changing. Rocking the WoW pfp was something I was--and still am--incredibly proud of.

To me, the WoW identity says I'm here. I never left. And while you may think "there aren't any women in web3," I'm here to prove you wrong. Not only are we here, but we're building it. We're designing the future of the internet and a digitally-enabled society... for the better. We're championing financial sovereignty, and we're proving that yes, women actually do care about finance and tech.

To say yes to the CMO role at WoW is a true honor and one I don't take lightly. This is the most challenging industry I've ever worked in. There are few playbooks and no answers. We're fighting a global perception that crypto is a scam--when what I see is that the current models and systems are scams. Scams designed to keep us small, to keep us disempowered, to keep us quiet, to keep us ignorant.

And, true to myself like always, I won't stand for it. Not in this lifetime. I'm here to build the future I believe we deserve ✨️ by @thechelseachung

Round 3 of VERGE has been a long time coming.

Joe and I have poured so much into this course and even more into truly living in alignment with our beliefs and vision for the future. Crypto is our way of life... and what a ride it has been.

The first 2 rounds of VERGE were held during the bull market. And to be honest, once the bear market deeply set in, I found myself afraid to introduce others to this volatile space. It is NOT for the faint of heart. People get "wrecked" (a crypto term meaning completely wiped out).

And yet, going through these extremes has forged me into a new person. I've experienced emotions at unforseen levels. I've stretched myself into new territory; I've felt like an imposter again and again.

But I'm still here. And I still believe.

There's a saying we share (and show) in VERGE: "millionaires are made in the bear market."

I can't give you financial advice. I can't tell you what the future holds. Crypto and NFTs are RISKY BUSINESS. But after knowing what I know now, my conviction in blockchain, decentralization, and tokenized assets is stronger than ever.

I've chosen this path. My love for teaching and sharing knowledge--coupled with years of deeply entrenched personal experience--makes this offering a true honor.

We begin in a month. In between now and then, I will be sharing a lot more Web3 info + will speak live to give you a preview.

If you want to chat and discuss whether this may be a good for for you, my DMs are open.

Full brochure is linked in my bio. DM, text or email to sign-up.
