I’m finally ready to share. Saturday morning at 2:20am my mother passed. Those that know me and know her also know how much she meant to me and how much she meant to everyone around her. She was a true neighborhood mom. She taught me how to embrace who you are and how to enjoy life at its fullest.

She passed surrounded by so much love. We were blessed to be able to have every family member and extended family there Friday night. We all had our opportunity to have alone time with her and play some songs for her and say goodbye.

Writing this post is killing me as it will never say enough about her and you will never truly know how much I love her and how much she impacted my life.

I am going to need some serious time to try to begin to heal. I would like to thank those that were there for me in a major way this weekend. I would normally tag those people in this but today it’s about my mom.

I love you mom. Please continue to look after me and guide me. I’m going to need it now more than ever.

I love you. by @thechipjordan

Austin City Limits wknd 2. One of the best weekend of my entire life. Not only was I surrounded by great music, more importantly I was surrounded by those I love the most. I want to thank those that I love for being part of an amazing weekend but also this amazing life I’ve lived and will continue to live. @dylordan thank you most for being my everything. Thank you Uncle Brian @bottmerb for being the best brother from another mother any man can have. Thank you @audriedarden for being my rock, my guiding light to a better and brighter world. Thank you @leilasuess for loving my daughter the way she deserves to be loved and for accepting her love and showing this world what real and kind and passionate love looks like. Last but certainly not least, thank you to @mitch_ballard for even making this weekend possible and rolling out the red carpet for us.

I made a promise over 8 yrs ago to my daughter while we were separated and I was in one of the worst places in my life… i promised her that if she waited for me, that I would take her to her first major 3 day festival and I am proud to say I was able to make good on that promise. Largely because of the love and support I have received from those listed above and so many others not listed.

What an amazing weekend. I can’t wait to do it all over again. The memories, priceless.

I’m taking a moment to give myself flowers. To self reflect on a major milestone in my life. For those of you who know me, you know of my past and my struggles with mental health. I discovered working out and since, I’ve never looked back. It’s been a literal life saver for me. 1000 times of closing all 3 rings in under 3 years is a testament to my commitment to myself and beating depression. Thank all of you who have supported me in my journey. I love you all.

Today I celebrate me. 🫶

It’s been a tough past month. In losing my mom I also lost myself a bit and the desire to enjoy life. I’m grateful to have such wonderful people in my life that have checked in on my daily and encouraged me to start on the path of finding myself and my happiness in a new world without my mom. This past weekend I finally took the step to go out and enjoy a music festival and it wasn’t long before I was enjoying myself and this crazy life of mine. Here’s to my fist positive post and to many more…

Big thank you to @yonigoldberg @djpaulyd @tronjour @midland @lonestarsmokeout @attstadium

You all had a hand in bringing some joy back. by @thechipjordan

💔 @thedingoinsnow thank you for all you taught me. May you be at peace in your afterlife. You are home with your brother, skating blue skies and surfing wavy clouds. Say hi to Kobe for me.

I will miss you. You will forever live on through me. You are a big part of the reason I’m alive today. That said it feels like I’ve lost more than just you.

The world has lost a huge mental health champion. So many lives saved and touched because of you.

Love you always. by @thechipjordan

Had the honor of taking my sister to New Orleans for her first time. Iyk me at all you know I LOVE the city. To share it with her and my brother Ottmer and having Big Bro back on the road… you would think it couldn’t get any better BUT it can… my brother Pat came along and my rider Audrie made the trip everything for me and more importantly my sister. Until next time NOLA… 🫶🎶🫶🎶🫶🎶 by @thechipjordan
