🌟 Meet Chris “Law” Grebe, Heart and Soul Behind NOWFit 🌟 @thechrislaw

Hey everyone, I’m Chris—like many of you, my journey through life hasn’t been a straight line. From facing the profound loss of my parents by age 19 to channeling my grief into a transformative journey through fitness, every step has shaped who I am. This path led me to professional wrestling, a dream powered by my dedication to fitness and overcoming obstacles.

My passion didn’t stop there. Working with Lenus, the world leader in online coaching, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of coaches across the U.S. expand their potential. This experience sparked the vision for NOWFit: a platform dedicated to empowering coaches from the ground up. Our goal? To turn your potential into progress and profit, making your coaching ambitions a thriving reality.

Everyone’s trying to buy their way into success.

$10K coaching programs. $400/month mentors.
Paid ads before they even have a business.

But here’s the truth—
You can’t shortcut effort.
You can’t outsource the grind.

You’ve got access to every tool in the world:
ChatGPT. YouTube. Free resources.
The problem isn’t access—it’s execution.

If you’re trying to pay your way out of doing the work…
You don’t deserve the results yet.

You grow organically first.
Then you 10x it.

That’s the game.

At first, I wasn’t trying to change the industry.

I just wanted to do something for myself.
I was done working jobs that either didn’t fire me up or didn’t utilize my skills the way I felt that they should be.
So I walked away.

But once I started talking to trainers and coaches, I saw the same patterns over and over…

New coaches dropping thousands on false promises.
Getting hyped up with no real support, no real systems.
Told it’s “easy” or that you can just buy your way to success.

Then the successful ones?
They were drained. Burnt out.
Riding constant highs and lows with no stability.
Being taught by “business mentors” who haven’t been in the fitness industry for more than a few seconds.

And let’s be honest—fitness is its own beast.
It’s not some plug-and-play marketing blueprint.
It takes experience, structure, and consistency.

I’ve been in fitness for almost 20 years.
I’ve seen what works—and what’s hurting this space.

And yeah… that realization?
It honestly pissed me off.

That’s why I started building NOWFit.

Stop overthinking what to post. You are allowed to be imperfect. Take a chance today. Embrace judgment. It’s not that deep ❤️ by @thechrislaw

If someone isn’t ready to hire you, give them a useful place to start.

In this reel, @thechrislaw shares the first offer he’d build as an online coach: a free resource that helps someone solve a specific problem. Think a workout plan for someone’s first week in the gym, a guide to putting together simple meals, or a habit tracker they’ll actually use.

Make it useful enough that they can take action today. Share it through your content and make it easy to get.

Some people will use it and never become clients. Others will get their first taste of how you coach. Either way, you’ve helped someone and given them a reason to trust your advice.

What’s one question your audience keeps asking that you could turn into a free resource? by @thechrislaw

Going to the fair in your 30’s is just a wildly different experience now 😂 by @thechrislaw

Stop judging your business by the month. One bad month is a coin flip. Three bad months in a row tells you something real. Most people torch their whole business over thirty bad days, right before it was about to work.

Go find out how long your average client stays. Most coaches have never once looked. If it’s under four months, you don’t have a marketing problem. You have a delivery problem. That’s why the flat part feels like running in place. You’re pouring water into a bucket with a hole in it. You can pour faster all you want, it’s never gonna fill.

Then change one thing and leave it alone for ninety days. Not five things. One. When you change everything at once you learn nothing, because you can’t tell what worked.

Three years ago you didn’t know how to get one client. Now you do. That doesn’t go away because you had a flat year.

The people who make it aren’t the ones who skipped the low part. They’re the ones who stopped thinking they were the only one standing in it. by @thechrislaw

Entrepreneur is a word people give themselves way too early.

You start something, you post about it, and suddenly it’s in your bio. But the word doesn’t come from starting. It comes from what you do when the thing you started stops working.

Social media broke this for a lot of us. Everybody wants to own something now. And because it’s so easy to put your face out there, we’ve started expecting the results to just show up. We expect the views. We expect people to care. Then you post something, get thirty thousand views, and sit there feeling like a failure.

Thirty thousand people. And you talked yourself into calling that nothing.

Then comes the question everybody asks. Why isn’t this working for me?

The answer nobody wants: you haven’t earned it yet.
We convince ourselves that working hard entitles us to more money, more clients, more reach. It doesn’t. The market has no idea how tired you are. It only responds to what’s working.

Nobody walks into a gym, does three sets, and gets mad the mirror looks the same. You know that takes months. But we post for six weeks and expect the algorithm to hand us a business. Same game. Same rules. Reps before results.

And if it’s on you, that means you can fix it. That’s the good news buried in all of this. Look at what you’re doing, admit it isn’t working yet, and go become a student of the game.

Stop asking why it’s not happening for you. Start asking what you haven’t learned yet.

Because this doesn’t reward the people who want it the most. It rewards the people still standing when wanting it isn’t enough anymore. by @thechrislaw

Fitness changed forever. Today, we change with it.

I first tried to build NOWFit in 2013. I was young, too early, and the industry wasn’t ready. But the vision never left me. Thirteen years later, here we are.

The digital fitness industry has shifted massively over the last few years. AI, market saturation, GLP-1s. If you’re a coach feeling the drop off, the pressure, the sense that the ground moved under you, I want you to know we see you. We built this to help you evolve, not get left behind.

Here’s what I believe with everything in me. The future of coaching isn’t AI or human. It’s AI built to amplify the human connection, done in a thoughtful, deeply human way. That’s the entire reason NOWFit exists.

Before I say anything else, I have to say thank you.

To the early creators and coaches who made streaming content for us back when this was just an idea. To every team member who has poured themselves into this over the last two and a half years, you know who you are. To Emily and Eric who put in the work to build this from nothing. My partner and my best friend, literally giving me EVERYTHING. To our CTO Kameshwar, who spent thousands of hours establishing the framework that makes all of this run. To my partners, Mike and Anthony whose belief in me and this vision made all of this possible. And to our coaches, the ones who trusted us from the very beginning. None of this happens without you.

We didn’t start as tech founders. We started as fitness people. Trainers, creators, marketers, and closers who lived this industry and decided to build the platform it deserved.

This is just the beginning.

The future of coaching is NOWFit. See you out there. 🤍 by @thechrislaw
