This audio kills me and heals me at the same time ❤️

Nothing could have ever prepared me for what I went through. Yet I still did it. I did the hard thing. I have lived through 100% of my hardest days. And I am still here.

I am still here.

If no one has told you this lately, I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! by @thechroniclesofnatalia

What if growing closer to God isn’t about doing MORE, but inviting Him into what we’re already doing? ☕️🤎

A little coffee, an open Bible, and a reminder I didn’t know I needed.

Today’s Bible in a Year (Day 82) took us to the Valley of Achor, a place of trouble and shame that God later promises to turn into a door of HOPE. (Hosea 2:15)

THE SAME VALLEY. A DIFFERENT STORY. 🥹

What a reminder that our hardest seasons don’t get the final word. God can bring hope into places we thought were beyond redemption.

And this sweet mug?! It’s called “The Teacher” by @stottmountain.pottery , and I couldn’t love it more. There’s something special about starting my day with coffee while letting God teach ME. 🤎

Lately, I’ve LOVED finding simple ways to weave faith into the everyday. Not doing more, just making room for Jesus in what I’m already doing.

Because more than anything, I want my children to remember that our faith wasn’t just for Sundays. It was part of our everyday lives. Even our morning coffee. 🤍

✨ Your turn! What’s one small way you’re inviting God into your everyday moments? I’d love to hear!

Same family. Same Saturday. Two VERY different itineraries. 😂

The boys: 8 hours of soccer, a birthday party, a stadium, an Inter Miami game, and approximately 47,000 steps. ⚽️

The girls: dance, a little soccer, a lot of heat, skincare, matching pumpkin PJs, sushi, Halloween Play-Doh, and game night. 🎃🍣💕

By the time the boys got home, our girls’ night was officially over. I went to bed. They showered, started a movie, and passed out on the couch.

Proof that the boys and girls can have completely different Saturdays and everyone can have the BEST day. 😂❤️

37. 🥹🍂♥️ And somehow, life just keeps getting sweeter.

A birthday filled with so much love and a little bit of magic everywhere I turned. ✨

Iggy outdid himself with the most beautiful fall tablescape (YES, he did it himself 😭) and the most delicious dinner. My work family fully embraced my Mother Goose era and spoiled me with ALL the pink goose birthday decor a girl could ever dream of. 🪿🎀😂 And to top it all off? A night singing my heart out with one of my absolute favorite artists, Camilo, with the Barroso’s. ♥️

The older I get, the more I realize that the magic isn’t in the big things. It’s in being known. Being loved. Being celebrated by people who pay attention to the little things that make you, YOU.

37 trips around the sun, and I am just so ridiculously grateful for this beautiful, chaotic, love-filled life God has given me.

Here’s to 37. More love, more laughter, more music, more memories, and always, always a little magic. ✨🥂🍁 by @thechroniclesofnatalia

POV: You’re trying to become a 5AM person, but the universe has other plans 😂☕️

5AM Club canceled because 🌧️
So we pivoted to solo workouts because apparently we’re committed now???

Bible. Coffee. Workout. Shower. Kids up. Bags packed. Out the door. School drop-off.

Oh and I heated up my dinner…

Then left it in the microwave. 😂

The secret to surviving these chaotic 5:00–7:30 AM mornings? It’s not motivation.

It’s prepping the night before.

Clothes. Bags. Lunches. Kids’ stuff. My stuff. Anything to help 5AM Natalia make fewer decisions. 😂

Want to see how I prep for a 5AM morning with four kids and work?

Comment PREP 👀☕️

I guess we’ll keep them 🤪 by @thechroniclesofnatalia

My newest personality trait is willingly waking up at 4:30 AM for 5 AM Pilates… and somehow my friends convinced me to do it too. 😂

I’m learning to make room for myself again. To move my body. To do things that fill me up. To stop treating taking care of myself like the thing I get to only if everything else is done.

And doing it with some of my best friends? MAGIC. 🤍

We hold each other accountable, hype each other up, complain together 😂 and keep showing up.

There’s just something special about having women around you who genuinely want to see you become the best version of yourself.

So yes, the 5 AM Club is slightly unhinged… but we’re thriving. 😂💪🏼☕️

Who wants in?! Tag the friend you’d actually wake up before sunrise for. 👇🏼 by @thechroniclesofnatalia
