Hola 🎄🎄🎄 Wanted to quickly hop on here (as Andie and not CON!) to wish you a Merry Christmas — and to thank all of you for following this space. I went through the challenge of running this remotely but your enthusiasm and support has helped this little project evolve.

I must send my heartfelt thanks to the *rockstar* founders who took the time to sit down and openly share their stories. I never thought that “community” could be a palpable thing but thanks to each of them, I felt it strongly this year more than ever.

What’s next? Well, it’s time to disconnect. But as a last note: wherever you are… I sincerely hope that, when you reflect on the past year, you give yourselves a pat on the back.

Time 4 Cake!!! 🎅🏼

As the founder of Origo, François de Halleux champions the environment by producing sourdough bread made from ancient wheat varieties.

We sat down with him earlier this year and left inspired by his insight and passion. Here are a few memorable points from our conversation 💡

You’ve probably spotted these labels on a bag of beans or spelled out on a menu. We know what they imply 🌍 — but what do they really mean?

Keep an eye out for these seals to make smarter, more enviro-friendly choices 🌱

It’s the season to romanticize your life — and there’s no better place to do that than at Bistrot Levante. You might need to wander around Barrí Gotic’s maze-like streets before arriving, but it’s worth it.

They serve mouthwatering Middle Eastern food: fresh, clean, Ottolenghi-style dishes bursting with flavor. Not to be missed are their hummus, pita bread, and lamb shawarma. As simple as it gets, but you’re sure to ask for seconds✨ #theclassicsofnow #saveforlater by @theclassicsofnow

The crisp breeze of December is here *gasp, how* and that means it's high time for Hygge season.

Hygge is a Danish word that means an atmosphere of coziness and warmth, much like that first sip of coffee or that cafe where time seems to slow down. We put together a selection of songs that mimic this feeling. You can find the link in our bio. PS it’s great for WFH too. 😇 by @theclassicsofnow

I’m ok with Mondays if they’re spent at @threemarkscoffee ✌🏼

A coffee crisis is on the horizon, but it’s just one piece of the bigger picture. Swipe to read how a warming globe can make this everyday drink a thing of the past.

This is the first of many posts on #sustainability within the coffee/hospitality industry. ☕️🌱 Let’s keep the conversation going by highlighting how each part of the chain contributes to a greener future. Wherever you are: if you know any establishments/individuals making awesome moves, send a message and let’s talk! 💌
