I Just would like to say……
“ A big thank you to the team at Knorr UK,
W Communications, Si and Dave. The guys at Food Scorcery - Manchester and my fellow Spag Bol finalists. “ 👏👏 What a great two days we all had 😅. Rarely have I met such a team of professional and friendly people. Over the last few days on social media, I have seen so many Spaghetti Bolognese style dishes being showcased. And even some people cooking my recipe 😌. It’s so good to see the nation making this truly tasty family favourite. 😋 by @thecookingardener

A seriously tasty family feast! 🐟🔥
Fresh tuna steaks from my local fishmongers @cheshirefish, pan-fried in my favourite Circulon pan for that beautiful golden sear 🤌
The tuna was massaged with olive oil and a simple but flavour-packed rub of salt, peppercorns, coriander seeds and fenugreek seeds. Served alongside crispy patatas bravas and veggie stuffed goat’s cheese peppers for the ultimate family meal. 🌶️🧀🥔

Simple ingredients, big flavours and plates full of goodness! ❤️ Happy Weekend

Trip down to @cheshirefish this morning with my lad just back from Japan 🇯🇵 Neil had a catch of Amberjack 🎣 on ice, so we thought pan fried would be perfect.
My son cooked it up… simply pan fried in a little olive oil. Seasoned with sea salt and black pepper and a spritz of lemon juice. Plated up… job done. A perfect afternoon snack… very tasty, clean and mildly sweet 😋

🔥🍤 Family holiday BBQ vibes! Kicked things off with succulent juicy prawns, followed by steak mince burgers, chicken and veggie skewers, chicken drumsticks and a loaded fresh salad, all cooked over lumpwood charcoal for that unbeatable smoky flavour. 🍔🍗🌶️

Cold beers 🍻, chilled wine 🍷, great company, plenty of laughs and even better conversation, with the sounds of the local festival drifting through the background 🎶💃. Good food, good people and good times… this is what holidays are all about! ❤️☀️🔥

From hedge to crumble 🍎🫐💜 A proper family foraging adventure, followed by the best kind of reward — apples, blackberries & plums tucked under a golden, buttery crumble top. 🍂🥄✨

Foraged with love, baked with greed 😋

Happy Sunday 🥂

🍗✨ Tonight’s little kitchen adventure… pan fried chicken breasts coated in fine semolina, sitting pretty on a saffron infused creamy spinach risotto, finished with Italian grated hard cheese & a good sprinkle of parsley. 🌿

A few steamed fine beans on the side to finish it off nicely.

And to kick things off properly, a rather handsome Negroni 🍹 — because every great dinner deserves a little Italian attitude!

Simple, tasty, slightly fancy, and absolutely demolished. 🇮🇹👌

There’s something about a fresh coffee made in my Bialetti Moka Express that just feels like the weekend ☕️🇮🇹✨ Slow mornings, the smell of coffee filling the kitchen, and nowhere to rush off to. Just good coffee, happy vibes, the radio on and enjoying the little things 🤎

Sunday comfort food done right 🐟✨

Oven-baked cod loin from my local fishmonger @cheshirefish, served with sweet potato & potato mash, Vichy-style carrots and caramelised leeks, all finished with a delicious chorizo & breadcrumb crumb.

Super tasty, seriously filling and the perfect kind of Sunday dinner — comforting, hearty and packed with flavour. 😋

Sunday evening comfort food done right 🥧💚 Chicken, tarragon & leek pie with a golden, flaky puff pastry top, served up with crispy air-fried baby potatoes and steamed tenderstem broccoli. Perfect after watching Man United seal the victory at home against Ipswich! 🔴⚽️

Nothing better than ending the weekend with a proper tasty homemade dinner. 👌
