This was created specifically for yoga and movement on this beautiful 6.6 Portal. She is slower, and deeper, but don’t worry she still bangs and fux. @soundcloud link above! #consciousdancedj #dancingwarrior #femaledj #yogaplaylist by @thecymaticecstatic

A few weeks ago I was accepted into a music production mentorship with @philharrismusic - You never know what you can do until you try. I’m working on sweaty, ass throwing, dance tracks for raves, and synth music for sound baths and yoga. I just uploaded my first synth track to @soundcloud Take a medication break today and have a listen. I appreciate your support! #432hz #synthbath #musicproduction #femaledj by @thecymaticecstatic

Synth Nap 2 is the next track in my 7 minute meditation series. A little darker but still soft. Have a listen at @soundcloud - link above 🔮💜 #musicproducer #synthmusic #432hz #femaleproducer by @thecymaticecstatic

Practitioners need to practice as well as teach and I listen hard when I’m in solo practice. The floating floor walkers in the beginning are the result of a conversation with my lower back. My back also told my core about the toe hold helicopter to half moon. #yogaforlowerbackpain #solopractice #flowoftheday #vinyasaflow by @thecymaticecstatic

Drop a beat and find time for a flow today. Your body will do the rest. #selfpracticeisselfcare #somatictherapy #beyourownguru #dancingwarior #thecymaticecstatic by @thecymaticecstatic

DJ’ing is flow
Producing music is flow
The art is figuring it out
The frustration from ways that don’t work
The joy from one that does
The end product is a by-product
Because as soon as you put a border on it
It quickly loses its magic
Make time to get into flow
To work it
Flow state is the goal
Look at that face!
