There’s a reason people wait in line for The Dish Hawai‘i… because every plate is made with intention, every bite is packed with flavor, and every event feels like family. ❤️🌺

Food has always been more than just something to eat—it brings people together. It creates conversations, celebrates culture, builds friendships, and turns strangers into community. That’s exactly what we do every First Friday.

Whether you’ve been rocking with us since day one or you’ve been saying “I’ve been meaning to try it,” this is your sign. Come hungry. Come with your crew. Come experience why so many people say it’s worth the wait.

🚨 HONOLULU… FIRST FRIDAY IS ABOUT TO GET REAL. 🚨

They talked about the flyers.
They talked about the AI. 🤖😂
They tried to bully us over some GRAPHICS…

AND WE SURVIVED. 😭😂

Good thing y’all can’t AI-generate the FLAVOR. 😮‍💨🔥

🏆 THE PEOPLE’S CHOICE IS BACK! 🏆
The Dish Hawai‘i is pulling up to FIRST FRIDAY at RED BAR — and if you know, YOU KNOW.

🔥 Fried Catfish
🔥 Jerk Chicken
🔥 Rasta Pasta
🔥 Smoked Cabbage
🔥 Baked Mac
🔥 And those infamous OXTAILS 👀

But this time…

🥊🔥 THE OXTAIL CHALLENGE 🔥🥊

Think you can handle Chef Ari’s spicy oxtails? 🌶️👀
Come prove it.

Bring your friends. Bring your appetite. Bring the person who swears they “can handle spicy.” 😂

We’ve been talked about, reposted, debated, AI-bullied 🤖😂… and somehow STILL cooking.

Because at the end of the day:

✨ You can hate the flyer.
✨ You can hate the AI.
✨ But you’re gonna have a hard time hating that PLATE. 😂🔥

🏆 PEOPLE’S CHOICE FOR A REASON.
