The only problems I’m having in life..is which WHITE COAT ima wear 🥼 🦷🔬 #blackgirlwhitecoat by @thedoctor.z_
With all due respect, my respect is due 🦷🔬 “I sought the lord and he heard & he answered” In 2022 I had a dream I was in heather grey scrubs. All I could see was the letters H and U in that dream. Bc my dream had always been MD I thought God was showing me Howard University College of Medicine. In 2024 I took the MCAT twice (My score was so low). My prayer was “God, break protocol on my behalf”. I applied to Howard’s medical school & got rejected. Not knowing that was God’s redirection. Fast Forward to God plants certain individuals in my life who just so happened to be dentist. With no prior dental experience I gave dental school a shot except I only applied to ONE school, no DAT. I ended up getting an interview to the one school I applied to. 7 days later I was accepted to dental school at High point University WSDM where I’ll receive a DMD. It turns out God did break protocol on my behalf. No DAT. No prior dental background. No master’s. That HU I saw in my dream wasn’t Howard. It was High Point University. That MD that was my passion, was DMD. So when people ask me why dentistry, my answer will always be: “because GOD said”. Remember “The last will be first, and the first will be last.” (Matthew 20:16) God pulled me from the back to the front. Dr. Zx2 by @thedoctor.z_

POV: You become apart of the 1.2% of the US population with a PhD🥂🎓 A woman who knows who she is in God is the enemy’s greatest threat. You see my ending but never knew my beginning! I am standing before you because this very moment was not supposed to happen for me. I was not supposed to be walking across this stage on this very day. However God had different plans. Before I was formed in my mother’s womb God knew me, God knew who I would become and these dates were already written. On May 1, 2024 at 6:24 pm EST I successfully defended & became Dr. Zaniya A. Mark. On May 18, 2024 I walked across the stage as Dr. Zaniya A. Mark. There is absolutely no one who can tell me God is not good.. my life is evident of his everlasting goodness!!! I am standing here because of my village, my biggest supporters, & the people behind me. My gratitude & fortitude to each of you cannot be conveyed by my words, THANK YOU!!!!!! A prayer answered & a dream fulfilled The FIRST DOCTOR in the family, at 26🥂 Next Stop: London, UK 🇬🇧 by @thedoctor.z_
