It’s time to bring the VISION to life! 🏡✨

We’re kicking off the design phase of The $19K House, starting with the upstairs bathroom!

I’m blending Japanese simplicity with Mediterranean warmth to create a space that feels like my own personal retreat.

Because it’s not just about how a home LOOKS. It’s about how it FEELS. 🤎

Just because it’s OLD doesn’t mean it needs to GO! 🏚️🏡

Mom and I tackled YEARS of wallpaper at the $19K House, and look at the condition of these walls underneath! 😭🙌🏾

DAD IS BACK! And we’re wasting NO time! 😂🏡

Next up at the $19K House: THE BATHROOM! We’re talking a complete transformation — wet room, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a little modern luxury!

And remember, the finishes are still a surprise. 👀

Can y’all see the vision?!

Okay, NOW y’all can finally see the vision. 👀🏡
The kitchen + dining area is getting a MAJOR transformation — open concept, a huge wraparound island, and an entirely new flow.

And NO, those aren’t my finishes. 😂 I’m keeping those a surprise.

Dad left me in charge for ONE WEEK… and this is how it’s going. 😭
Thankfully the house is clear, but until DTE gives me the official all-clear, the power stays OFF.

So… I guess it’s time to start planning these rooms. 👀🏡

Dad went on vacation and apparently left ME in charge. 😭
This week’s assignment: getting these walls together — starting with YEARS of old paint and wallpaper.

Let’s see how much I can get done before he gets back.
