29 looks pretty good from the driver’s seat. 🏎️💨

a little speed, a lot of love, and one hell of a pit crew. 🏁

chapter 29: the final lap of my twenties.
same driver. new era. no speed limit. 😝🏆

and what better way to celebrate than by bringing another dream of mine to life? ☀️🍯

introducing SŌL & HNY / STUDIO — where ideas become reality. from custom jerseys and paddock passes to branded goodies and a one-of-a-kind deck of playing cards for our grand prix champion, shout out to Pops 🥳, every little detail was a piece of the vision. 🏁✨

thank you to everyone who showed up, spun out, and made this birthday one for the track. But most importantly, thank you for always being down with my shenanigans! 😝🫶🏽

A day late for National Boyfriend’s Day, but loving you will never been limited to just one day! 😝🫶🏽

B, I’m so thankful for you — for the way you love me, care for me, support me, and continue to choose me. I’m thankful for the love we’ve created, the memories we’ve made, and this beautiful life we’re building together. 🥹

All the places we’ve been, our Lewis & Clark adventures, all the little moments in between… and lord knows we’re only getting started! 😝 The world is OURRSSSSSSS, and there’s nobody else I’d rather explore it with!!! ✈️🌎

Thank you for being exactly who you are. For being my safe place, my adventure partner, my best friend, and truly the yin to my yang. ☯️

I can’t wait to see where life takes us this year!!!

Happy (belated) National Boyfriend’s Day to my person! 🥳

EU TE AMO MUITO MUITOOOO!! IN THIS LIFE & EVERY OTHAAAA!!! 🤟🏽✨ by @thee_sunnybee

Happy Earth Day, but let’s make it unforgettable!! 🥳🐘🌍

It was such an honor to spend the day at Living Green Elephant Sanctuary in Pattaya (Chon Buri), surrounded by these beautiful & incredibly intelligent giants, reminded that this planet isn’t ours … it’s something we’re lucky to experience.

There’s something sacred about being immersed in nature like this! 🥹🙏🏽

Grateful for moments like these, for the lessons & perspective they bring, and for a world still full of magic, if you slow down enough to see it. ✨

3 years of loving you. 🥹🫶🏽

all because i wanted to prove my mama wrong and invited you on a “breakfast, blunts & football” date. 😭 little did i know, i was about to meet the love of my life.

and somehow, three years later, you are still more than anything i could have ever dreamed of. a true answered prayer in every sense of the word.

from all of our lewis & clark adventures (because lord knows, we’re going to explore every corner of this earth together 😝), to the quiet, ordinary moments that somehow become my favorites.

i love the way we continue to grow — individually and together. The way we challenge each other, support each other’s wildest dreams, laugh through the chaos, and keep choosing each other through every season. You’ve given me a love that feels safe enough to be soft in and strong enough to keep growing in.

three years later, and I still find myself thanking Sky Daddy for you. For the man you are, the love you give, and the life we’re building together.

i don’t know what i did to deserve a love this good, but i thank the stars that our strings were tied long before we even knew it.

three years down, a lifetime of adventures, growing, laughing, loving, and building this beautiful life.

happy anniversary to my best friend, the Lewis to my Clark, my answered prayer, and the love of my life.

i love you beyond words, B. 🤎

i promise i’ll find you in every lifetime. 🤞🏽♾️ by @thee_sunnybee

1997 → 2026 🧡

29 years of becoming, rerouting, figuring it out, starting over, chasing sunsets, collecting stories, finding my people & learning that there’s no one right way to build a life that feels like mine.

28 gave me one hell of a ride. And somehow, after all the places I’ve been, things I’ve tried, risks I’ve taken and versions of myself I’ve met along the way… I still feel like I’m just getting started.

Here’s to the final lap. Not rushing it. Not racing anyone else. Just enjoying the ride and seeing where 29 takes me. 🏁

BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE. FASTER TIMES. BRIGHTER DAYS.

I blinked… and somehow I’m 29. 🥹

Like excuse me??? THE FINAL LAP OF MY TWENTIES?! 😭🏁

Looking back at this decade, I swear I’ve lived so many different lives.

I entered my 20s finishing college with one dream in my heart: become a teacher. 🍎

And I did it. 🥹

I got the degree. Walked into my own classroom. Became the version of me that younger me had worked so hard to become.

Then 24 came around and life said… okay girl, plot twist. 😂

I started over.

And somewhere between 24 and 28, I changed. My dreams changed. What I wanted my life to feel like changed. (Thank you frontal lobe closure lol 😝)

So at 28, I did something that probably would’ve terrified every earlier version of me:

I chose myself.

I left the career that was comfy. I gave myself permission to not have the next 10 steps figured out. To travel. To create. To dream bigger. To figure out who I was outside of who I had always planned to be.

And now here I am.

29.

Not the same girl who entered her 20s — and I think that might be my favorite part. 🥹

My 20s have been becoming and unbecoming. Starting over. Falling in love. Losing things. Finding myself. Changing my mind. Taking chances. Creating. Traveling. Healing. Laughing until I cried and definitely crying until I could laugh again. 😂

Some dreams came true.

Some dreams changed.

And some dreams I hadn’t even imagined yet found me along the way. ☀️

I used to think growing up meant eventually having everything figured out.

Now I think it means trusting myself enough to know that I don’t have to.

So here’s to every version of me that existed in these 20s.

She did the best she could with what she knew.

She changed.

She grew.

She kept going.

And somehow, every single version of her got me here. 🥹🤎

One year left in this beautiful, chaotic, life-changing decade.

I’m not rushing her.

I’m not counting down to 30.

I’m going to be ridiculously present for every last bit of this.

29 — the final lap. 🏁
