POSTS STORIES REELS

Hey love! I'm Fedora, welcome to my page 😇

I started this page to share all my copywriting, marketing and sales wizardry 🧙🏻‍♀️

*Que the flashback

It all started in April 2024 when I was scouring the internet for a quick way to make some money (I know, classic lol)

But since then it's become something bigger to me (also classic 😭)

It's become me rediscovering something I've always loved; writing.

I'm a storyteller at heart.

I wrote my first short story when I was 8 years old! (beat that 😌)

And even though that story is deeply lost in time, my love for words that make people feel is still very hardcore.

Copywriting is more than just money and clients to me

(Though I love love love those 😍)

It's the heart and soul of a writer that lives deep in my soul.

She needs expression.

And she's who keeps me going even after months of not getting a client.

She craves to tell the untold stories I know YOU have.

And she's the reason this page exists.

Now I might talk a big game and curse people out sometimes (I promise it's with love 💗) but I still cry after reading a book that hits way too close to home 🤧

I'm your bestie for no BS marketing advice, but I'll also watch your fav romcom with you.

I'll send you lots of virtual hugs when you feel down and hype you up till pigs moooo

So welcome to my corner of the internet where we believe words are magic 🔮

Here's some random facts about me cos we're besties and i love to yap 😊

I've been OBSESSED with Gracie Abrams lately (granted cos she's amazeballs 💅😌)

Yes, I say things like amazeballs, cray cray, fan-freaking-tastic (my vocab is anything you'd find in a Disney Jnr cartoon 😭)

My past time is a good book and Sarah J Maas books are my Roman Empire 🗽

My fave book of all time is You've Reached Sam (slide in my dms so we can cry together about this one 😭)

I type with loads of emojis if you haven't already noticed and if I got paid for the about of typos I make I'd have a gazillion dollars stacks for retirement 🤧

In summary, this is me.

And my page will always be a safe space for the real, raw and unfiltered you.

With love... Xx 💕

New age, feeling like dancing in the rain 🧚‍♀️ by @theefedora_

Back from my social media hiatus 🥴

Jk I wasn't on a hiatus, I've just been doing whatever but doing whatever isn't growing my business so here I am.

Real talk, I've realize that running a business is so much harder than I thought it was lol.

And this is the part where most people quit.

I'm not most people and neither are you.

You can't do nothing and expect your business to magical squirt out dollar bills 🤷🏻‍♀️

It just won't happen.

And it took my roommate telling me I need to stop bullshiting and actually work for me to realize this (I'd @ her but she doesn't have IG)

So I got up and 4am (this is early for me cos I usually wake up around 11) and started doing the work I'd been procrastinating for weeks.

This is what my "break" from social media taught me.

👉 Sometimes it really is about the people around you (not having anyone around is as bad as having slackers around)

👉 Staying on track is hard but so is letting the life you want pass you by cos you don't have the zeal to move.

👉 Entrepreneurship looks different for everyone, figure out what works for you.

👉 Lastly, chase your goals even if it costs your comfort.

Stop letting social media control your life.

Freaking out after reading yet another post telling you something contradictory to what you're already doing.

Not only is it overwhelming af but it's fucking annoying.

You're just getting in the groove of doing one thing and all of a sudden it's not trendy anymore so now you have to stop.

That's you letting social media control you and it needs to stop.

When it comes to social media, you need a "take what you need and leave the rest" mindset or you'll find yourself chasing every trend and that's not sustainable.

Do what works for you and do what you love. Xx 💕

Consistency is hard.

Life does it's thing and throws you off kilter.

All of a sudden you have 0 control over what's going on in your life or business.

You don't remember the last time you posted on socials, engaged with your audience or emailed your list 🫣

Heck you don't even remember the last time to took a deep breath.

Calm down, breathe in, breathe out.

You're fine and this is completely normal and gets the best of us.

I've been struggling too.

Showing up online has been such a chore but this is my game plan to beat inconsistency and become a better me.

Let me know which of these spoke to you the most in the comments!

This is a reflection post.

I wanted to do this trend so bad but I felt like I didn't achieve much this year.

At least nothing that deserved a dedicated post...

But as I read through my journal for the year, I realized there's little to no recognition for mental and emotional growth on social media especially as business owners.

Everyone seems to be hitting one insanely awesome milestone or the other, which great for them but nobody is celebrating the small wins.

This year was a lot for me personally, mostly because I had to overcome a lot of rejection and denial I carried over from 2023.

And I'm still healing, I'm not doing yet.

And if you are one of us who choose to celebrate the smallest of wins this year, I'm proud of you.

Cos we may not deserve an award for keeping ourselves sane, but we definitely don't deserve to feel less than.

So if all you did this year was keep it together, then I'm you're not alone and we're in this together 💗

Here's to more growth and more healing 💕
