You’ve got this 💪 by @theelementswellbeing

I am proud to be a Tropic Ambassador and have seen and felt the benefits of these products on my own skin 🌱

As someone who has struggled with their skin, I have used a lot of different products and none of them have worked as effectively as Tropic 🙌

Can I help you find natural skincare to suit you? 🌱 by @theelementswellbeing

It is articles and campaigns like these that made me first explore what is actually in the products we use in our skin each day.

It transpires that talc has been linked to asbestos and the aluminium particles that can be found in deodorants have been linked to breast cancer in both men and women. Why is this not national news?! 😳

Seeing my young daughter being captivated by the beauty industry to invest in products that were actually damaging to her skin, I decided to become a Tropic Ambassador and invest in myself, my skin and help those around me to beat the overwhelm and find products that suit them.

Tropic Skincare are totally natural, organic award winning products which smell wonderful and have been described as ‘food for the skin’.

Their ethos is also to help people, investing 10% of their profits into both UK and worldwide charities.

I offer a free skin analysis and will be running skincare workshops. If this is something you are interested in, drop me a message 🌱 by @theelementswellbeing

Interesting article by #womanandhome

Two years ago I made a decision to put myself first and it has been a year of self discovery. I think I was on the edge of burnout. I have seen first hand that when you keep going with an empty tank, it takes a toll on your health, whether that be physical or mental and I knew I needed to make a change before I crashed.

I have been fortunate to surround myself with strong women who have helped me to rediscover my authentic self. I now want to help other women feel empowered so they too can take small steps to feeling back in control of their lives and allow them to be reminded of how important it is to take care of yourself and bring joy into your every day 🙌
