IT’S TIIIIIIIIIMMMMMMMEEEE‼️‼️‼️ The day you guys have been waiting for for 30 days. 😂😂 4th Quarter! #friendlyreminder by @theerin

Q3 was…Busy, chaotic, full, exhausting, beautiful and honestly, all the things. A little quarterly reminder from your girl: keep giving back, keep believing in yourself, make time for the people you love, and don’t forget to enjoy the little stuff in between all the chaos.

This quarter was a lot of working, fun trips, community, giving back, growing, figuring things out, coffee of course, and trying to spend time with my people (with a bit of football snuck in) A lot of trusting God even when I didn’t know exactly what He was doing. AND learning to trust myself a little more. Oh, And my Birthday! Thank you to everyone who loved on me, celebrated me, checked in, sent a message, or just made me feel special. I’m really, really grateful.

Sooo onward we go…More purpose. More giving. More growth. More coffee. More ridiculous little things that make me happy. More time with the people who matter. And continuing to believe that God is putting me exactly where I’m supposed to be. And somehow…being 45. Still figuring it out. Still growing. Still laughing. Still giving way too much of myself. Still being the same E, just a little improved lol. by @theerin

Friendly Reminder before tomorrow 🤣🤣 #4thquarter #october1 by @theerin

Stay with me through this long caption. Sorry. So, awhile back I had an idea… I wanted to do an event creating a pop up “store” with all clothing donations from friends. A place where teens/young men in need could come in, “shop” for free, and leave with the things they actually needed and wanted. A space where they could choose what they liked, feel good about what they were taking home, and know that somebody cared enough to make it happen. I told @brycecouncil the idea and his response was basically, “Well… execute it. You have my support.” 😂 so I did. Lol We teamed up with a monthly Ballin After Dark night and brought the basketball element into it, and @rtsjaylin jumped in too…talking with the guys, hanging out, shooting around and just being present. Watching these teens/young men “shop” around picking out clothes and shoes they actually liked, helping each other, laughing, playing basketball and leaving with bags full of some really good stuff…just so great.
Bryce. Thank you for trusting my crazy idea, supporting it, and most importantly, continuing to show these young men what it looks like to give back. Jaylin, thank you for showing up and being intentional. I am so incredibly grateful to work alongside men who truly believe in giving back and reaching back into neighborhoods like the ones that helped shape them. These guys don’t just talk about showing up, they actually do. They walk the walk.
And to everybody (my Mama, Jamia, Evvine, Whit, Ryan, Lauren) who helped make today happen, thank you. Seriously.
Today was a good day. A REALLY good day. My heart is very, very full tonight. (And transparently cried tears of happiness on my way home 😂😂 Y’all know I’m a sensitive thug.) by @theerin

It is right at the bell but Happy Happy Happy birthday to my Mama @embee52 We spent the day doing the things she loves so forgive me for my late post.
There literally aren’t enough words for this woman.
She is genuinely the best human I know. She loves her people HARD. Like… would literally do anything for anybody she loves, no questions asked. And idk how but, after everything life has thrown at her, she has never lost her sense of wonder.
She finds joy in the little things. Her plants. Random animals. A blind box. Bubbles. Her sports teams. Every friend, every baby, every person she decides is “her people.” She gets excited about things in a way that reminds you that life is actually pretty freaking beautiful.
She has the biggest heart and the softest soul. And this uncanny way of making people feel loved without even trying.
I’m so blessed! I love you more than I could ever fit on this IG caption. Love you a bushel and a peck. by @theerin

Not every weekend is epic but this one was one for the books and so necessary! We went to PVD get shit done and left with full hearts 💕 We may have missed out on Bieber and his healing session at Coachella but…we had some therapy ourselves. Between all the work we accomplished, the curveballs that kept coming (like…umm are we in a fight with life?🤣), the plan? flexible at very best (which really tried Nina’s type A lol) and the other random shenanigans, we still found time to breathe, laugh, explore, and just BE. In the chaos, we found calm. God was lookin out for us in a big way (always does) and we tried to look out for others the same way. We have that vibe that feels like peace and almost like medicine… but also like mayhem, inside jokes, and “we’ll figure it out” energy. Everytime. New England was the canvas and it really did a number on our hearts, but it was bigger than that. This weekend was a reset for both of us, realignment, and a reminder that no matter what, ride or die, we will always be there to support each other. 💜EVERYTHING HALLELUJAH #providenceowesusnothing #thankyouJesus #didntmeetastrangerallweekend #wewillbeback by @theerin

Happy Happy Happy Birthday Moe!!! Man…what a journey! Family forever. One of the most genuine (sometimes too genuine 😂 just kidding), pure-hearted people I know. You’ve always believed in me, always had my back, always reminding me of who I am when I forget and I am so grateful for you! I can only pray that I’ve been that for you too. You love your people with no conditions, and that’s rare. We been locked in from those long talks after church about dreams, to album release parties, concerts, and everything in between...still rockin with you, always. From here to infinity, I can’t wait to see how big life gets for you. I already know it’s only up from here. We gon figure it out!!! Love you always 🖤 #onlyup by @theerin

Have to end the day with a special Birthday. @brycecouncil - The kind of person who shows up, outworks, never gives up, and leads with heart (even when no one’s watching), and still finds time to pour into everyone else. Purpose-driven and BUILT DIFFERENT. Grateful to be able to celebrate someone who truly embodies greatness. Happy Happy Happy Birthday, Bryce! You’re appreciated more than you know. Keep Going! 🔜 by @theerin

Moments matter! Here are a just a few from 2025. Now that it is officially in the books, it is another reminder to take a moment and be thankful. Grateful to God for His guidance, protection, and grace (especially in the moments I didn’t have it all together) Grateful for my people, the ones who showed up, supported me, challenged me, and believed in me. 2025 showed up with some wins, some lessons, and a few missteps, but every moment mattered. I didn’t get everything right but I had some success, and either way I learned, I grew, and I will continue to get better. Carrying the moments forward with humility, intention, and an extra grateful heart. by @theerin

Happy Happy Happy Birthday to the star @mssherriamour !!! (This is the only SexyRed song I could do for you today 😂) Sherri - you are truly 1 of 1 (watch til the end for some examples 🤣🤣🤣) and I wouldn’t trade you for anything! The nicest person (to everyone lol), freaking hilarious, keeps me on my toes, caring, the hostess with the mostess, the one everyone can count on and the greatest friend. You really are a light to others and I hope you feel celebrated today! May this next year bring some vacations and fun and all the blessings!! Love you!! #theforeverleopardtomycamo by @theerin

Happy Happy Happy Birthday to my ROD @pytnini!!! 🎂🎉 Issa foreva thing with us 💙 I don’t even know where to start…the tequila to my tequila 🤣 - we literally been through it all together and stood by each other’s side. She is the perfect intersection of beauty, strength, kindness, intelligence, spice and humor. I am so grateful to have a bestie like her. Nina I pray God brings you all the blessings for this next trip around the sun. I love you so much!! Enjoy this short trip down memory lane - have to save some stuff for the big birthday next year. 😉 by @theerin

Feeling so grateful for all the birthday love!!! Thank you to everyone who took the time to reach out, post, etc. it truly means more than you will ever know. The simple gestures are so dope to me. 44 is a wild number but with every year that passes, I find myself appreciating the little things even more…the laughter with friends, the quiet moments, the rollercoasters (literally and figuratively lol), the small wins, and just the simple time spent with people I love.

September had a lot of highs and some lows, but throughout the rollercoaster I am always reminded how blessed I am to have some really amazing people around me and a GREAT God who continues to guide my steps.

I am for the next 365 of growth, gratitude, and embracing whatever lies ahead. by @theerin
