How do I help Women of Color become mama’s naturally?

If you’re struggling to get and stay pregnant then you need to find the underlying root cause which may be gut health, stress, immune system dysfunction or maybe even heavy metal toxicities because if you don’t you’ll always be guessing as to what works and what doesn’t. This is exactly how I am able to help my clients and I would love to be able to do the same for you. Because if not, it’s always going to be guess work.

The Personalized protocols I create for my fertility clients are not based on guesswork but rather what your body uniquely needs. We find this out through at home lab testing by looking at your vitamin & mineral levels, heavy metal toxicity and gut health and then we build a Fertile Formula just for you. If you’re interested in getting the results you’ve always wanted but never known how, I’d like to help you achieve that goal over the next 16 weeks.

Here’s Why Functional Labs Are a Game-Changer for Fertility

💡 They Reveal the Root Causes

From gut imbalances and nutrient deficiencies to hormonal disruptions, functional labs help us see what’s happening in your body—not just guess. They answer the “why” behind your fertility struggles.

✨ They Create Personalized Plans

No two fertility journeys are the same. Functional labs allow me to create plans that are as unique as you are, combining precise lab insights with the wisdom of herbalism and Ayurveda.

🌸 They Empower You

Seeing the data on what’s going on in your body is incredibly powerful. It helps you feel confident and informed as you take the next steps in your fertility journey.

🌿 They Bridge Science and Tradition

I’ve always believed in honoring the ancient wisdom of healing, but functional labs bring in the best of modern science to create a holistic, integrative approach that works.

I added functional labs to my practice because I wanted to give my clients every tool possible to feel seen, supported, and successful in their journey toward motherhood.
If you’re ready to dig deeper, uncover the hidden imbalances affecting your fertility, and prepare your body for pregnancy with the help of both ancient traditions and modern science, let’s talk.

On #BlackGirlDayOff, I’m holding space for all the Black women on their fertility journey. 🌸 The path to motherhood can feel heavy—physically, mentally, and emotionally. But it’s important to remember that rest is not a luxury, it’s a necessity on this journey.

You are constantly doing the work: researching, preparing, and taking care of your body. But just as important as the effort is the restoration that comes from stepping back, breathing deeply, and letting go. 🧘🏾‍♀️ Today, take this moment to rest, release the pressure, and remind yourself that nurturing your body and spirit through rest is part of preparing for your future baby.

Rest isn’t a pause in your journey—it’s part of the path. ✨🤰🏾

Make it nourishing. Eat your colors. Get 2 cups of veg in there. We can keep it simple.

But I want women to stop under depriving themselves. Diets & detoxes have their place. But most of the time, food needs to be nutrient dense, cooked, easy to digest.

So many of us have already had so much stripped away. We don’t need anything else taken away before we first nourish. A lot of us do have things we need to release, but your body will in time when it feels safe and care for. But for that, you better fix it a hot plate like your grandma used to do and you knew you were about to be nourished.

Any woman who works with us will tell you, in here, we eat! Even when we fast, we eat and it’s nourishing.

And who knows the carbs in your luteal phase hack? Raise your hand 🙋🏾‍♀️ or tell us your using that one this cycle? #fertility #fertilitydiets #fertilityjourney #getpregnant #getpregnantnaturally by @thefertileformula

Have you heard of the womb - gut axis? Well you’ve probably heard of the gut - brain axis. For those of us with wombs, this communication extends into the womb (gut - brain - womb).

In many people with unexplained infertility this communication isn’t happening and has been severed.

The SINGLE most important thing you can do is restore this communication in your body. All of these places are seats of information. And their ability to process, and share what the information they are perceiving, deducing, intuiting, knowing is at the essence of health & fertility.

We’re looking for 4 women with unexplained infertility who are trying to get pregnant in 2024 to join our signature group coaching fertility group this month.

Breakfast for Fertility

1️⃣ Should be easy to digest. Think liquids before lunch, fruit or keep it warm and unctuous. Things we love: smoothies, bone broth, stratiatella, Greek yogurt, eggs, cooked vegetables,
2️⃣ 20-30 Grams of protein to help blunt cortisol and get fat burning 🔥
3️⃣ Healthy Fats are important for mood & hormone balance.
4️⃣ Fiber is food for our digestive tract & how we help promote hormone balance.
5️⃣ Micronutrients & antioxidants help all of our enzymatic processes in the body & keep it high functioning.

Did you know skipping breakfast can impact your fertility?

Do you wake up hungry? That’s one of those hormonal cues we look for as we repair our fertility.

Breakfast is important because cortisol peaks in the morning naturally. But if you’re rushing around, running to get to work, then your cortisol is likely through the roof. And cortisol turns off our body’s parasympathetic systems. You know what your parasympathetic nervous system governs?

Rest, digest, repair & REPRODUCTION‼️

When we are preparing to concieve we literally need to be living in the parasympathetic state.

Easier said than done—we know! But that’s why we literally made an entire module on parasympathetic activities. Quick, straightforward activities you can do throughout the day to get you into your parasympathetic bag!

Cause we trying to get ready for these babies! 👶🏽👶🏿👶🏾

Are you a breakfast eater? Or are you about to be?
