It was our sincere pleasure to partner with the Pokemon XP team for this year’s 2026 Pokemon World Championship event in San Francisco. The energy was infectious, and our cast and crew loved engaging with all the incredible fans throughout the Moscone Center parade performances, F Hall stage performances, and Chase Center closing ceremony performances. Huge thank you to the amazing client team their incredible support throughout! 💛💛 by @thefirm_eventdesign

Another crazy event went underway… by @thefirm_eventdesign

Congratulations to our friends at Betterment and FutureProof on the success of this year’s Huntington Beach Festival! This year’s festival reached new heights with record attendee figures, more breakthru meetings and themed panels than ever before. Betterment’s golf themed clubhouse design was inspired by iconic golf courses and tournaments around the world complete with custom wood cabinetry; stylish lounge seating and accents; golf styled branding and swag; custom engraved golf ball activation; and oversized bar that served snacks by day and golf themed cocktails during hosted happy hours. It was an honor to help design and produce this year’s booth for such an amazing team! ⛳️ by @thefirm_eventdesign

Stunning florals from today’s afternoon reception 🙌🙌 by @thefirm_eventdesign

Thanks to Betterment and the entire Future Proof Citywide team for an incredible and inspiring experience this past week in Miami! Taking place on the sandy shores of South Beach with over 4000 attendees, this unique event included networking, breakout sessions, panels, hosted happy hours as well a closing concert. This year’s Betterment presence was inspired by the iconic Miami style lifeguard stations and colors across the sand. The custom fabricated booth featured branded props, fabulous swag, beach themed cocktails and culinary treats, and served as the perfect home base for the Betterment team to host current and potential client sessions throughout the week. Cheers to everyone who helped make this year’s Future Proof such a huge success! 💛💙 by @thefirm_eventdesign

Loved collaborating with Betterment on their booth for this year’s Future Proof Festival in Huntington Beach. The East Coast inspired booth included a fully custom pergola structure complete with 3D branding, custom striped drapery and a casual linen style interior covering. The booth served as both a cozy lounge space as well as a podcast studio with branded backdrop. In addition, the booth featured a custom branded surfboard and wayfinding entry moment, custom branded corner bar, stylish lounge seating, themed decor elements, branded swag and an elevated happy hour spread including a variety of apps on skewers as well as a martini bar with coordinating garnishes. Huge congrats to the entire Betterment team on another successful Future Proof showing! 💛💙 by @thefirm_eventdesign
