When you can find people that share your ambition and desire to get better you will push each other to higher grounds. Don't lower the standard.

Had an awesome day with some guys that really wanted to learn and get better and thats something you can't find enough of.

(Plus we got to play with a big gun😜)

Lead by example. Show up first, leave last. Don't complain and put in the time and effort. Be the person you want the people around you to be.

Rain or shine training goes on. Make sure you know how you and your gear function in all weather not just the blue bird days.
Train hard train often.
